The Royal Beach Hotel is nice and luxurious. Hotel and rooms design beautifully. Before we arrived we had a phone call from the hotel and they asked me about our preferences and fulfilled all of them.
The room was spotless, with high-end amenities in the bathroom, soft towels, robes, a coffee machine, and complimentary water — everything you’d expect from a five-star stay.
The pool was clean, well managed, and spacious.
Location is very sentral to the beach and to the promenade.
Breakfast was very good.
The only downside was that parking wasn't available and there wasn't transparency regarding parking availability. There is some very rude person in charge of the parking that says to guests that the parking is not available now. You can't see the real situation there. I think that honorable hotel can't afford this behavior with the guests.

The location, the pool area.
The parking situation is terrible. It’s not just there are not many parking spots, but also it’s not well managed. We signed up on the waiting list to charge our car on the first day we arrived and the called us on the phone only our last night at 11pm! Terrible service.
Other than that, the room wasn’t very clean, and they kept taking off our kids bed every day. So we had to ask for bedsheets and pillows over the phone every day.

The hotel and the room were very clean.
Bay view from our porch - we got upgraded.
3 outdoor pools and one for kiddos .
AMAZING Location, right in the middle of everything .

Everything was excellent, very happy with the hotel. Minor niggle was service was very slow at breakfast in Bubbes restaurant the first day. Otherwise would have 10/10 rating, instead gave 9/10 rating.

The bathroom had a problem the first night. The bath overfill came broken so it caused a leak that ran down to the room underneath.
