I stayed for one night with my son, mainly for a fun short break in Eilat. For that kind of stay, the location was excellent - a very short walk to the beach, the promenade right outside, and we also enjoyed the pool.
We were very lucky to receive an unexpected upgrade to a spacious corner suite on a high floor, with a large L-shaped balcony and open views toward the sea. It made our stay especially enjoyable. I should mention that this was clearly an upgrade and not the standard room we had booked.
Parking was the main inconvenience. It took some time to find a nearby space when we arrived, and the next day our car was blocked by a supplier vehicle, so we waited about 15 minutes after calling reception before we could leave.

היחס של הצוות נוראי, ניקו לנו את החדר ולא החליפו מגבות, מחוץ לחדר היה מנקה עם עגלה עם מגבות ואמר שאסור לו לתת לנו אם זה לא מגיע מהקבלה, התקשרנו לקבלה אמרו שאין כרגע את מי לשלוח, ניסיתי להסביר שיש מישהו מחוץ לחדר שלי והם נפנפו את זה, רק אחרי 40 דקות קיבלתי מגבות.
הדלת של החדר לא הייתה תקינה, לא הצליחו לסדר אותה, הביאו מפתח רגיל אחרי הרבה זמן של ניסיונות וזמן שמתבזבז וסרבו להעביר לחדר אחר.
שבועיים לפני ההגעה התקשרנו ללובי וביקשנו מיטת יחיד בחדר במקום ספה, שנה שעברו היינו גם במלון הזה והביאו לנו בלי בעיות וגם השנה בטלפון הוא אמר שלא אמורה להיות בעיה. כשהגענו למלון קיבלנו חדר עם מיטה זוגית וספה, בקבלה אמרו שלא ניתן לשנות, כעסתי ואמרו שיעזרו לי אבל בפועל התעלמו ואף אחד לא עשה כלום ורק כשהתעצבנתי על היחס והשירות בקול בלובי, איש צוות שעבר שם ושמע באמת עזר לי והביאו לי מיטת יחיד לחדר.
הבריכה הייתה עמוסה וצפופה ולא מספיקה לכמות האורחים במלון.

The hotel gave us wonderful breakfast boxes as we had to check out early. Lots and lots of good food and drink.

Location is excellant, Breakfast is super
East side of the hotel have only one elevator, though slow service. The room we had was somewhat small - as an example - there was no "regular" chair, no side bed small table, the bed on one side was super close to the wall ( less easy access)

Perfect location, close to sea, great breakfast, large lobby, large rooms
No free parking, moreover it is very difficult to find a parking around the hotel, even paid parking. So once we found we tried do not use the car.

Great location near the beach. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet. Very nice pool area.
Pool and pool deck area close too early. Employees start hosing down the deck while we were still sitting there.
