The place is small and doesn’t contain many visitors.
It has a nice pool, shaded mostly. Water for refilling and ice for free all the time!
Food is great, during lunch time the cafeteria turns to a restaurant, you can also grab a bite near the pool.
From the facility there is a beach nearby that has water sports activities (not for swimming), if you want to swim the beach is near by (walking distance). The hotel stuff told us that hotel guests can enjoy the sport activities ( we didn’t use them though) but it’s a nice option to have.
The place is far from the center city, for me it’s a big plus- far from the noise and close to the best beaches. But it doesn’t lack of restaurants near by. And most importantly the stuff are nice and welcoming and friendly and helpful.

Great property on the beach, perfect for water sport and snorkeling/diving. Free canoes and sups to use. Breakfast amazing, one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had (and we’ve had many around the world)!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind, and the breakfast was fantastic in Lili restaurant that is located at the hotel. It has a direct access to the beach, and they also offer scuba diving, and kayaking for free, other water sport is also available.. great for families. We truly had a wonderful time!

The best thing about the hotel is the location on the beach.
Breakfast is also ok and has a variety of foods.
Feels very outdated and not the cleanest.
Most rooms have a bad view - balconies of Deluxe rooms on top of other rooms with pools which gives a lack of privacy, and overall a low value for money.

Location is very good if you want a beach vacation in Eilat - right on the south beaches, a couple of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. You can snorkel to the reef from there.
Very good breakfast buffet.
A little on the pricy side.
Hotel said they offered beach beds, but they were left stacked and chained up, unused which is just a waste.

Very good location, especially for guests who prefer to stay away from the busy city side
• Nice beach facilities and direct beach access
• Overall stay was calm and pleasant
• The bed itself was acceptable
• For the Herbert Samuel brand, the hotel feels underwhelming—closer to a 2–3 star level
• Design feels outdated, like stepping back into the 1990s
• Hallways are sad and uninspiring
• Main lobby lacks warmth, character, and contemporary hospitality design
• Pillows felt cheap; I used my own
• Beach chairs would benefit greatly from cushions
• The “Essence by Sati” scent used throughout the hotel is overwhelming and unpleasant; I removed it from the room and placed it on the balcony

The hotel is in good condition. The vicinity to the beach is amazing and if you get lucky with top floor, the views are great.
The first two floors lack view. The Holloway looks old a bit.

Very comfortable room, great view of the Red Sea/Gulf of Aqaba. Phenomenal breakfast that could be your entre day's meal. Great location with easy access to taxis and other Eilat attractions

Fantastic location, we felt on a different planet. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, all was spotless , swimming pool very well kept, clean towels all-day long, direct access to the beach made us feel privileged. Breakfast (huge) served late until 11.00 is perfect as well
We enjoyed our stay more than in any other bigger and more central hotel in Eilat, will definitely come back
