The hotel has a beautiful and unique atmosphere, with lots of greenery and a relaxing, peaceful feel. The pool area is lovely, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and had a pleasant stay.
Some areas of the hotel could use a little more maintenance and updating. The cleanliness could also be improved in certain areas. Overall, these were relatively minor issues and did not significantly affect our stay.

Hotel atmosphere is amazing. Room might be nice and comfortable if it was in a better condition.
Our two-night stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. The room was in terrible condition: the floors creaked loudly, the ladder to the kids' galley beds was unstable and kept slipping during use (a serious safety hazard), and the balcony window failed to seal properly.
The biggest issue, however, was a severe cockroach infestation. On the first night, we spotted one cockroach. Assuming it was an isolated incident, we let it pass. On the second night, we returned to a locked, closed room to find multiple cockroaches crawling across the floor. After searching the room, I had to kill five more—bringing the total to six cockroaches inside our room over two nights.
When I called reception for assistance, their response was completely inadequate. A maintenance worker was dispatched merely to place towels under our door to block incoming bugs. There was no apology, no offer to change our room, and zero effort to resolve the underlying issue.
This level of hygiene and service is completely unacceptable. We will definitely not be returning

What I liked most about the property was the pool, the friendly and attentive staff, the overall vibe, and the excellent location.
What I didn’t like about the property was the cleanliness and room quality. The room was very dirty, the bed sheets had many black marks, and there was even a dead cockroach on the floor when we first checked in. The toilet flush was very weak, and the shower head kept coming loose. We also didn’t get the view shown in the pictures, which was disappointing. Our room was the first one in the hotel, so we could constantly hear the staff, which made it noisy and less relaxing.

the room was OK with a great bathroom, view on the sea and the pool. Decent breakfast. Very good service, the staff was really very attentive
lot of stairs - and very dangerous ones!!! not the same size, no marking on the floor. At the entry of the Lobby (on the floor of the swimming pool) there is a gap between the door and the surface, the gap is not marked and is very dangerous.
the swimming pool was the worse - the railings at the pool are shaky and cannot hold the weight of a falling person.
Cables are loose everywhere, or just cables on the floor and more
Noise is rampant at the pool as each group brings a portable speaker and plays their own music, there is no enforcement. Liquor from glass bottles near the water and in the water, young people going wild and shouting. A very unpleasant experience.

Really enjoyed my stay, especially due to Patricia who was so helpful and attentive. Would definitely return.
The common bomb shelter is disgusting, smelly and dirty. During these time it is expected to make this space more clean and comfortable

Liked the Thai style. Felt like I was abroad.
Everything was quiet and relaxing.
Staff were friendly and golf cart drivers.
Good location near Coral beaches.!
Felt that my room was not clean enough.
Took a cold shower, because I did not know that we needed to push the button to heat the hot water.
Third would have preferred to swim in the large pool and not the smaller infinity pool.

The orchid hotel was closed and we were sent to another hotel by the same chain. We were informed about it a day before arrival after cancellation could be done free of charge. Also given the short notice we couldn't find a suitable alternative to book. The other hotel was OK for the price but not the type of village resort style we booked originally.

Disappointing
Its was far from the city and it was perfect good beaches close to the hotel.
The shower was clogged.
I got bit by bed bugs my whole body.
Its itching like crazy, sucks because it ruined the whole stay.
