The staff were exceptional, very helpful and in tune with our needs. Moran called to welcome us even before we left home to travel to Eilat. The perks and house gifts were a lovely suprise.
We would love the recipe for the lamb and rice dish served at dinner on tuesday night.
The room.was chilly so they immediately sent us a room heater.

The furniture is of the highest quality and is clean.
The house is very clean and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay! I hope to come back again.????

When we arrived we were surprised to find out that the hotel was closed and there was a phone number on the door to call in emergency situation.
We were transferred to another hotel outside the city center.
In this place there was nothing to do and we were infotced to stay at the hotel all the time.

Rooms are not big, but include everything you need to do good sleep, including soft light, before getting rest. All inclusive good variety of food and extra small snacks between in before the bar entrance. If you find something missing in your room, the hotel staff will take it to you in the nearest hour.
the parking problem is known for all the Eilan, so this hotel is not an exception. Very straight rule for gym is not allowed to enter for children up to 18 years.
