The location is excellent. The service is awesome. This is the first time that I meet such a good service in Israel hotel. The breakfast and room were exceptional.

Great view, size of the room is well suited to families, nice large pool ,an amazing breakfast and dinner, the stuff was welcoming and very helpful. The location is perfect!
The lunch at the pool was very poor.

Location was great, did not eat breakfast. Did not like the reception/bar area thought that let the hotel down.
The guy who checked me in was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Fortunately later on I got a lady and she was very friendly and helpful.

It was a very nice hotel with an amazing breakfast that had everything you could possibly want. It is centrally located for all the action on the boardwalk and right next to the beach. The pool is large and beautiful. The staff was very nice.

The location was very good second day breakfast was ok because Shabbat breakfast is disgusting and the shampoo had a good smell to it
The room’s tv wasn’t working properly bathroom was kinda dirty as I mentioned Shabbat breakfast was disgusting and the whole food area smelled like poop

Official check-in was 6pm (Saturday), but the guest manager,
a great lady from Ukraine, arranged for us to check in at 1pm.
She also upgraded us to the VIP lounge, to the spa, and invited us to
the hotel dinner (we only ordered breakfast!)

The location. The bartender was really nice. The room had a nice balcony and a nice view. The staff were all really nice. Not so helpful when asked for recommendations about local places to eat and things to do but were nice people.
The food, the pool. There were cats all over the place around our tables at breakfast. The outdoor tables were dirty. There was music blasting in the outdoor area the entire time.

They have an amazing breakfast, the lounge room is very nice and the service by the manager with us was great! she gave us a room upgrade and we spend a nice two days vacation. The local is vibrant full of positive energy, I will recommend for friends and also to my clients.
I love the spa service, the pool and also the beach location. Everything was close by.

Location is great with easy entry to beach and shops.
room is clean and hotel is clean, breakfast is very good
staff is kind, and found me my lost item
Eva from the hotel talked with us before the trip and was available for any questions and requests
did not like smells at Lobby at the weekend, but after cleaning it was back to being good

It is located in the center of the vibrant and colorful beachside boardwalk.
With a breathtaking view of the Eilat bay and surrounding mountains and desert. The hotel grounds and pools, were delightful and welcoming.

Elias was incredible - so nice and helpful from the minute we arrived - hotel staff are constantly cleaning - the property is a little tired but immaculately kept and the service more than makes up for it - a must stay
