Everything. We were there when the issue with the IRC broke out. We had to leave 2 days early. The staff and management were unbelievably caring even taking the time to call later to see we got home. In the rush to leave I forgot my necklace. They not only called me to tell me but they posted it special courier. Like that wasn’t enough they then called again to check my card number as they were about to refund the two days (not a small amount). I don’t think I have ever had a service anywhere in the world where I am so actively pursued by humans (not robots ) to ensure such amazing effortful service. Leonardo, well played, you now have us for life. Shoutout to the lovely Miriam in security.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from ice mall, the have free parking for guests in the park of the hotel. They have activities for the kids and very good shows at night, (specifically "the mirror" band) The swiming pool is big and very clean. The stuff is very attentive and very flexible. There's food, snacks, drinks and sweets all day long basically. Overall it's a great place for a family vacation.
This is an all Inclusive property, the food is ok, I mean it will do the job, for kids is great and it looks good on pictures, very colourful and many things to choose from. However, the taste of almost everythjng is off. Very very bland taste to everything really, full of msg (מרק עוף). The salads looks amazing but they are flavourless. And the meat, it's a shame, the grill man likes to make a big show with the fire when grilling but that only makes the meat taste burn, again is all for the show. Dont expect high level class food. It's just alright.

Minor issues though:
1. wine and beers quality is the lowest, not drinkable
2. The guests for some reason are smoking cigarettes all over the place, very disturbing
It should be forbidden by the hotel policy

The staff were lovely and kind
The room was very small, didnt have much place to move, everything was very old and I didnt feel like it was clean. For family with babies it wasnt comfortable, the bed for babies wasn't good.. fridge not that cold and more

We had an amazing stay, the hotel is not new but very well maintained, clean and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was excellent - a huge variety so that everyone can find what they like . Even the kosher non-dairy deserts were great! Pools and water slides were awesome, convenient parking, flexible check out time, every request fulfilled, staff actively asked everyday if we needed anything. Our stay exceeded all our expectations :)))

Food was phenomenal, atmosphere was beautiful, and the hotel was super kid friendly. Really start to finish was a beautiful experience. If you’re looking for a hotel that your kids, and you, will enjoy in Eilat- this is it.
