We received the room considerably late. When we did check in we wanted to put our belongings in a room but instead of a room we were asked to put them on a designated place in the lobby and we did not feel comfortable to keep them there. On the check out day although tje check out time is by 11am the cleaning staff came three times to our room to check whether we are leaving or not.

Breakfast was a mess. It was way too crowded, and finding anything was frustrating.
The service was pretty slow, and the bar prices were ridiculous. When you’re already paying so much for the hotel, the least you can do is offer a beer at a reasonable price.

It was big and in a good location
I injured my leg in their sea pool. Something very sharp was on the bottom. They filled out an injury report and no one called for further treatment! I see this as irresponsibility and abdication.

The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious.
Horrible cleaning, after the cleaning team arrived everything remained filthy, they didn't clean the floor or the toilets. The insulation is bad and you can hear everything.

Overall good value for money, the room was nice maybe need to be more updated such as adding USB ports near the sockets.
I was in room 324 I had 2 issues
1. The smell from the outside kitchen was coming in the room.
2. During my second night, I was bitten by something while in bed and reported the incident, after which the sheets were changed. Later that same night, I was bitten again. As it was my final night at the hotel, I did not request a room change. The issue was reported once again to the front desk

The room was great and the pools were very special. Wish we had rented the garden rooms with the beds outside, they seemed very special. Other than the noise (which makes sense for the first floor) the room was great. We loved how close this property was to the beach and couldn't be happier that we chose to stay there.
Would have loved for all of the pools to have been open and especially the water slide. Found our first floor pool side room to be very nice but very loud as people walked by. We could hear the noise from the children's pool which wasn't ideal.

Rooms werent cleaned properly - we were there for 4 days and room wasn't swept each day
The lot adjacent to the hotel has ectremely loud shows every evening which was very problematic for children to fall asleep - till 11 pm each night!!!! Noise was loud evening throuhj closed windows. There were a lot of families who compalined and we did not receive any kind of advance notice from the hotel even though they knew about this in advance

Large well designed room, good location, free parking, great pools and food and drinks available in near the pools which is reasonable cost. Beautiful gardens and landscaping. Plenty of free loungers. Great for families ad lots for kids to do.
Need better pillows and more suited for families, not ideal for couples.
