Family room without porch or possibility to dray londery. Bathroom with poor shower head mounting very bad ?. Bathroom sink :Large shower sink faucet not adjusted to the sink dimensions. The window in the room doesn't lock and is constantly noisy when it's windy.

Multiple issues with our reservatio

Nothing in particular. Everything met my expectations and I was very satisfied with the stay.

Outdated rooms, need updating. Very tight with 2 kids and luggage. Didn’t offer room cleaning for a few days

The smell when we got into the room

No heating, room was very cold in January. The radiator they brought in cannot properly warm up the room.

Place is great Except : Noise all day night from the nearby road bridge ....hear bump bump thud thud day and night Not sure what they can do it's location to the bridge Need more comfortable linen and more than one very small pillow

Some of the lights in the room are not working. The shower in the bathtub is too narrow and uncomfortable. You can hear every noise and rustle from other rooms and the hallway in the room. There are no double beds; there are only two beds.

The floor is dusty, when we came in..

Need maintenance, bathroom facilities need to be renewed

-Room was not clean , a lot of dust (my allergies went crazy) -No 'Do not disturbt' signs , cleaning staff woke us up in the first morning. -NOT A DOUBLE BED, FALSE ADVERTISING!! , two single beds put together which kept sliding and also annoying for the back if you end up sleeping in the middle (which you do as a couple) -Thin walls, very noisy with screams and nocks in the middle of the night and early morning, was difficult to sleep. -Terrible shower layout, water kept leaking to the floor due to no way of closing the shower area , mildly annoying. -No power outlet next to one side of the bed, would make a huge difference. -Freezing pool -NO ONE AT THE LOBBY AT NIGHT!! we had to wait for half an hour until someone came and brought us toilet paper which we needed badly, when the employee came, she was rude and annoyed at us for no reason even though she was the one who left her work station to hang out with her friends -No air freshener at the restroom -Public toilet on the lobby floor was disgusting!!!! Super dirty and unusable, It was crazy. -shower head was probably broken, could not move it up or down which made showering difficult for no reason (hence the water leaking out as well) -Probably bed bugs, my gfs legs were covered in weird itchy dots , maybe just poor cleaning, but that started at our stay there -Game room borderline inopperational TLDR , was not a good stay , staff at the lobby and on the whatsapp help line were rude and unhelpful, would not reccomend.

No deadlock on the door Room 225B

We booked this hotel because it offered free parking. We arrived after 9 PM and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up at reception, then another 5 minutes while she finished a personal phone call. We were refused parking. The receptionist said we should contact Booking.com if we had a problem and that she didn’t owe us anything. Overall, the staff was quite rude that evening. It was also difficult to find our room, and no one offered help — we were just told to “follow the signs.” The room itself was in terrible condition: strong smell of tobacco from previous guests, a constantly running toilet, and a sagging mattress.
