Very Poor
Unfortunately, nothing stood out positively because the negative experience overshadowed our entire stay.
The room was dirty, and we experienced repeated electrical failures. The most upsetting part of our stay was the behavior of the dining room hostess, who shouted at my young daughter, touched her without permission, and threatened to call the police. When I reported the incident, management refused to review the security camera footage and dismissed my complaint. Instead of taking responsibility, they defended the employee and treated us with disrespect. This completely ruined our vacation.

Location and food are great!
Not enough parking. However this is a problem with most of the hotels in Eilat. Fortunately they keep the driveway clear so that you can use it to load and unload your suitcases and the staff was helpful getting it in my car.

The hotel is beautiful and looks recently renovated. The pool area is well organized, clean, and pleasant.
The room did not match the photos shown during booking at all.
our “upgraded” room had a bathroom with a window and a transparent, non-sealed door, which seriously affected privacy. At night, the bathroom light also lit up the whole room.
Also, the air conditioning was uncomfortable. The thermostat did not seem to work properly — no matter what temperature we set, the room kept cooling down to around 19°C.
Breakfast was okay, but limited: eggs were only available by special request, and there was only filter coffee, with no coffee machine or proper black coffee option.

Disappointing
The stuff in the beginning was not helpful and they talk to us very rudely!!! after sending massage to the hotel via booking they correct the room reservations. The towels in the room wasn’t clean

We stayed at the balcony suite.
The balcony was outstading, we loved it, we loved the Jacuzzi and the daybed as well as the amazing view.
The rooms are dated, AC in the kids room did not work, the room had bad smell, the shower was leaking (the glass did not seal properly and water kept leaking everywhere on the floor). The bathtub plug was stuck so we had to unscrew it to get the water to drain during shower.
The only thing provided by the hotel in our bathroom (our room was in the King Club/executive floor) was ONE shower cap. That's it. No cream, no tooth paste, no ear buds. Nothing else.
I am confused how this is considered 5 star hotel.

Very nice staff. Hotel is at a good location near the beach and promenade. Nice pool. Very good breakfast and dinner (there is a lot of choice)
Cleaning of the room was not perfect for example they didn't clean the coffee cups and refilled coffee and tea.
And the days of the chag - the pool was very packed. And people are taking seats from early in the morning and don't come to the pool but they take seats and beds and there is no seat for the people who actually are there.
Also I saw one of the employees cleaning a floor mop in the sink to wash hands (netilat yadaim). It os absolutely not respectful and shouldn't be seen in a hotel of this rank.
Also the lack of parking is a real issue.
