We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and we especially loved that breakfast was served until 11:00 AM—perfect for a relaxing morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. The 1st floor rooms were a great size. ​The pool area had plenty of space and lounge chairs, giving the whole place a wonderful resort vibe.
My only minor suggestion would be to heat the pool, as it was a bit chilly. Also, a tip for future guests: try to arrive during the daytime if you need to find parking. > Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and we would definitely return!

Staff, food all great.
Lighting in room (especially above credenza/desk) and in outdoor hallways at night should be improved. It would be nice to have a normal chair so as to read/work more comfortably on the credenza/desk.

The vibe and the staff were great. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived till the last second we left. The breakfast was amazing. The women at the egg station was so nice and warm and cooked the perved scrambled egg and sunny egg. Limor from reception was very nice and service oriented. The pool area is really comfortable and welcoming, a lot of cozy areas to spend your time throughout the hotel. Great stay! We”ll definitely will come back❤️

Air conditioner was not working properly for heat, yet we did not feel need to complain after weather got back to warm.

First, we were greeted when we arrived. Alona at reception was so helpful. Our luggage was then taken to our room. Our room had our own outside space, a bed, and direct access to the pool. Being senior citizens, because the room had a bath, they changed our room to one with a walk-in shower. The pool area and pool bar were great. The outside seating area also was great,. The breakfast was fantastic.
What would be good for a soft mattress on top of the outside bed? Also, some lighting to be on at night under the sink so it's easier to find your way around the bathroom, especially if you are of senior age.
