Front desk staff was personal, attentive and professional. Food options were okay. Location was convenient.
The cleanliness of the rooms. The underground parking was always "full" but it was never open. The parking was always full above ground. Over-priced. If the price was 35% less, then it would be fair value. The hotel does not represent the "Dan" brand well. It is below the expected "Dan" level hotels elsewhere.

Clean and friendly staff. Property had many amenities. Breakfast was robust and good.
The biggest issue was that the AC was not working. They brought up some fans and said they would fix the AC issue or move me but it just never happened despite my speaking to them 3 times. The TV also did not work. Some lamps and outlets did not work. No big deal but put them all together and it was annoying.
At the all you can eat breakfast and dinner, the staff never clean off the table so plates pile up. Only when you are done do they clear the table.
The place was loud and full of families that were a bit wild but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. They have 4 elevators but it was prorated incorrect. People press their different floors but despite 4 elevators it only seemed 1 elevator was being assigned. So crowds built up and it takes many elevators to get up or down to your floor.
So overall I would not go again but if you decide to go, you may have a good time. It may have been just bad luck for me.

The pool area was very noisy there was music blaring which made it unpleasant to so there
We asked several of the staff to put the music down they said they would but didn’t do it
So we had to go back to our balcony which was very pleasant

The experience was wonderful. Everything was excellent, the service was incredible, the facilities were amazing, and the price was good. I highly recommend it.
The only detail that wasn't 10/10 was that there was no private parking, one day there weren't many cars, but the next it was very difficult to park

It's not the hotel fault but there is a lot of noise from outside, from a night club expo Eilat
