The hotel has a charming old-fashioned atmosphere and a fantastic location. The Israeli breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
This used to be an outstanding hotel many years ago, but while it has been maintained in good condition, it hasn't kept up with modern expectations. The covered parking has very limited capacity, and with only three elevators, waiting times can be frustrating during busy periods. The check-out process could also be faster and more efficient.

The room was clean and tidy really comfortable, people in general were kind spent time while waiting for the room.
The staff was really bad i had to wait for 3 hours just to get my room and whenever i’d ask for my room they’d say it’s not ready i even offered to pay more for a better room they’d say refused to offer me any help what so ever even tho i hasn’t slept for 3 days that day, i’d rather stay at a hostel and get better treatment.

Central location. The bed is very comfortable, nice view on the marina, very good breakfast - excellent selection, great coffee.
Parking in the building was not available, but there are enough public parking lots near the hotel, and they are not too expensive.
Both the building and the room are in need of renovation. The elevators are very slow.
My husband had his birthday during our stay, and although we mentioned it to the hotel twice, there was no acknowledgment or congratulations.

I loved the food, there was a great variety. The view from the marina-facing room was excellent. Everyone was very helpful, and the hotel's location is perfect."
The mattress was highly uncomfortable—any movement from my partner felt like an earthquake. The room decor wasn't to my taste either, but that is subjective.

They enable me to book but when i arrived the hotel.was closed!
They didn't tell me nothing.

The owners and the management deliberately conduct a sophisticated scam.
They let innocent people to book a room to a shutdown hotel and then they forward you without telling you to a different hotel in there network.

Front desk staff was personal, attentive and professional. Food options were okay. Location was convenient.
The cleanliness of the rooms. The underground parking was always "full" but it was never open. The parking was always full above ground. Over-priced. If the price was 35% less, then it would be fair value. The hotel does not represent the "Dan" brand well. It is below the expected "Dan" level hotels elsewhere.
