Very Poor
The room was very spacious and spacious. Excellent view. Good maintained hotel. And good location.
Very poor service at the reception. We got a double bed even though we booked a room with 2 single beds. Even though the room is on the 10th floor, you still hear the noise of music from the pool all day.

I got from Sandra from the hotel team a remarkable vip service he team called a few days before arrival to see if I need something in advance and arranged for me free or charge an early checkin and late checkout so all was really perfect

Room size was big enough for two adults.
Breakfast was rich and has lots of options on the menu so anyone can find something they like.
The Pool is beautiful, large enough for the guest, it has an area with vortex and water slides.
There is no air condition in the corridors.

It's my regular hotel in Eilat. It's widely considered the best hotel in Eilat and for a good reason.
The bed was rock-hard. I don't remember this problem in the past. New mattresses? Ouch.

We love the breakfast, it was exactly as you expect from a proper Israeli hotel ( All that you can wish for)
Our room was stinking from the smoke due to some clients who smoked in the room but the moment we reported it
We receive a new and better room without any cost or trouble to us
Location is perfect
The pool was awesome, and the staff was really nice
