In war time, one would expect that the hotels of Eilat would have comforted safe rooms. The safe room in the Play hotel is abysmal. The floor is unfinished and there are no chairs.

Very Good
The hotel is located in a very nice spot, close to the promenade and the beach, the room was very clean, the breakfast was amazing.
The parking is based on available space and the amount of space they have is minor compared to the hotel size so you have to find public parking nearby and that's also not that easy. The room interior is a little dated and there was wet stains on the ceiling from water damage. For the price the rooms could be maintained a little better.

The breakfast was good
Due to many issues in the room we lost all day to fix the issues...water leaking, no batteries in the safe, broken garbage in the room, Tv remote not working....they dont have cloth iron in the room....terrible service, they allow people smoking in non designated area. Will never go back again to this hotel :-((

The room was very spacious and spacious. Excellent view. Good maintained hotel. And good location.
Very poor service at the reception. We got a double bed even though we booked a room with 2 single beds. Even though the room is on the 10th floor, you still hear the noise of music from the pool all day.

I got from Sandra from the hotel team a remarkable vip service he team called a few days before arrival to see if I need something in advance and arranged for me free or charge an early checkin and late checkout so all was really perfect

Room size was big enough for two adults.
Breakfast was rich and has lots of options on the menu so anyone can find something they like.
The Pool is beautiful, large enough for the guest, it has an area with vortex and water slides.
There is no air condition in the corridors.
