The location is excellent, close to the sea, within walking distance and close to a bus stop. The staff is pleasant.
Unfortunately, the room was next to the bathroom entrance, so I could hear everyone coming in and out all the time. Also, the walls were not soundproof, so you could hear every door opening and closing, and you could hear everything that was happening in the kitchen and throughout the house, so it was hard to fall asleep. Also, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room (even though it says the rooms are non-smoking). It was an unpleasant experience to sleep like that.

This time, an even better room with windows to the East; the vibes also felt improved, I'm not disappointed anymore that the villa with the name "Custo Club" actually caters towards non-divers (they had a change of owner after the building's decoration). Value to money: room size, quietness, bed size, powerful AC, good bathrooms, slightly battered but functional kitchen, excellent dinner table, a swimming pool! Mountain view! Laid back administration, laid back clients. No noise at night. Location - ten minutes walk to the center. Parking not a problem. Spacious yard.
Some finer details still annoy me a little, mainly a long list of swimming pool rules; rusty decor; pidgin English on the old Eilat map; but nothing serious.

It was OK ish I guess!
If you have no car - forget it!!!!! And while you may make it to the 2 closest beaches on foot - you would need to be a mountain goat to get back --- up the mountain!! :(

very cosy place! the common area is nice and equipped with all facilities. The outsise yard also nice.
The bathroom in our room need to be renovated and sometimes there is smell coming from the WC

nice pool for morning/evening pleasure. room with air conditioner big main room with dinner table for 6 persons kitchen equipment is ok only electricity oven and micro water filter no children allowed, very quiet area

Great amenities, secured by a gate with a coder. Public transportation close by, 25 min walking distance from the beach and boardwalk. Nice places to sit and sun bathe outside.
The crew was kind of cold and giving a bit of unwelcoming feeling. The place was clean and pleasent however, so the crew thing didn't bother us.

Everything was great. I booked this last second and it was still easy to check in. Nice house with separate rooms throughout. The shared kitchen and shared bathroom were always clean.
I couldn't decide whether the friendly cat was supposed to be inside or outside. He kept running in the house and I kept putting him out just in case.
