Wonderful
Excellent hôtel with great food, location and staff. The security guy Raibar is one of the nicest guy I have met in my life: very patient guy and knows perfectly what the word service means.

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Liked the balcony. Good space. Breakfast was fine. Coffee situation was not good. Had to wait too long for the machines or the coffee cart. Why can't someone come around pouring coffee? Dessert area was very weak. Liked the pool and pool area. Gym needs some renovation.

Nice hotel , not too big , good location a few Minutes away from the beach.
Breakfast might be better for this hotel rating .
Our room had connected doors, we could easily hear the family in the adjacent room.

The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. The service was personal. For my husbands bithday, which we did not even tell them about- the hotel suprised us with a delicious cake and a nice bottle of wine! ! The staff paid special attention to.our soldier sons and made them feel very welcome and even offered to do their laundry. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The view was very nice. We would come back again!
The play rooms with the games was very run down and the machine took our coins but did not work. :(
If the pool had been heated the entire stay would have been perfect.
The food was the only thing I felt could have been better. After being in other 4 star hotel that same week, we were able to compare the foods. We felt that the VERT had the least variety and was much more simple than the others. The coffee was great!
The sauna and gym should have been part of the hotel amenities and not have a an entrance fee.

I don’t advise anyone to come here if you have a car Because there is not enough parking space. In this case you have to park your car outside and this is very expensive every day you pay 100₪

The break fasy need to improve. I firget my jacket the staff call and my partner answer because i wan in toilet stop over of somewhere the after second i called back to the desk service to tell her to keep it because my friend also is coming to eilat the she answered if you want you can come and take it from the garbage. Thats not nice approached. ?
