A short vacation — but absolutely perfect
I booked two rooms for two couples, and from the very first moment, the experience was smooth and pleasant. I completed the online check-in in advance, and when we arrived at the lobby at 2:00 PM, we were welcomed and received our room keys within less than 3 minutes — no waiting, no hassle.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that truly added to the relaxing atmosphere
The hotel staff were simply wonderful — kind, attentive, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. Service was truly 10/10!
Even at the pool, despite it being quite busy, there was always space to sit comfortably. The pool bar service was excellent, and the overall vibe was relaxed and enjoyable.
Breakfast was rich, varied, and indulgent — exactly what you need to start a perfect day ☀️

Disappointing
They try to keep it clean, the view from the room is nice, air conditioning working well, the bed is comfortable.
Our stay at the hotel was disappointing for several reasons.
First, although the hotel advertises free parking, in reality there is almost never any availability. There are also no nearby parking options, even paid ones, which made arriving and leaving the hotel very inconvenient.
The pool was extremely cold and not enjoyable to use. At the bar there was no staff member available to provide service when we arrived.
The gym was closed half an hour earlier than the posted time, without any prior notice. In addition, the staff member at the spa reception was smoking with the door open near her workplace, which was very unpleasant.
We were also charged $200 for a dinner that was listed as $40 when booking. The food itself was quite basic and definitely not worth the price.
In the room, the shower did not drain properly and water accumulated while showering. There were also visible stains from spilled coffee left on our balcony, which indicates that the area had not been properly cleaned.
Overall, these issues significantly affected our experience and did not meet the expectations set by the hotel.

Excellent hôtel with great food, location and staff. The security guy Raibar is one of the nicest guy I have met in my life: very patient guy and knows perfectly what the word service means.

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Liked the balcony. Good space. Breakfast was fine. Coffee situation was not good. Had to wait too long for the machines or the coffee cart. Why can't someone come around pouring coffee? Dessert area was very weak. Liked the pool and pool area. Gym needs some renovation.

Nice hotel , not too big , good location a few Minutes away from the beach.
Breakfast might be better for this hotel rating .

The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. The service was personal. For my husbands bithday, which we did not even tell them about- the hotel suprised us with a delicious cake and a nice bottle of wine! ! The staff paid special attention to.our soldier sons and made them feel very welcome and even offered to do their laundry. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The view was very nice. We would come back again!
The play rooms with the games was very run down and the machine took our coins but did not work. :(
If the pool had been heated the entire stay would have been perfect.
The food was the only thing I felt could have been better. After being in other 4 star hotel that same week, we were able to compare the foods. We felt that the VERT had the least variety and was much more simple than the others. The coffee was great!
The sauna and gym should have been part of the hotel amenities and not have a an entrance fee.
