Never saw my room because nobody opened the door, and with sirens going off intermittently during wartime, I couldn’t keep waiting outside. I called the numbers provided, including the one they specifically asked me to call upon arrival, but nobody answered. Later, instead of addressing the issue, they asked me “why making last minute cancellation”. Had to involve Booking.com multiple times and eventually dispute the charge with my credit card company.

No protected area, the bathroom was not very clean (hairs in sink and shower), no soundproofing - paper thin walls.

We loved the decor. The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The showers had hot running water. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Stayed only for one night. A family with two children.
The place is a hostel. However, it's very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly.
Located in the city center, about 15 minutes walk away from the tourist area of the city.
The door has no acoustic insulation and neighbors outside the room are heard very clearly (mainly a problem when you want to sleep).

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hostel is very cute and the room was nice. There was a full kitchen and everything was clean. The hostel is a 15-20 minute walk from the beach promenade and the center, so it was easy to get around.

The room had everything that you can need. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot with good pressure. Location is good if you want to travel further as it’s right across from the central bus station
