I liked the location - which is close to the center and the design of the dining room and the pool area.
I didn't like that the service was provided by men and not female receptionists - which would probably encourage more patience (on the part of the guests).
I didn't like that the hotel is in an area of massive construction with a lot of dust and noise.
I didn't like that there weren't large sofas in the lobby and there weren't enough board games or other services.
I didn't like that the selection was relatively small in the dining room.

It was convenient for the overnight stay close to the bus station.
I would not stay there for the vacation. The hotel is opposite the huge building site.

I don't usually go in depth in reviews but I was treated so badly at this hotel that an explanation is necessary. I booked with Booking.com about 15 minutes before arriving at this hotel. There is a climb from the street to get to the lobby. A guy that looked like security watched me struggle up the ramp as I am disabled. There was no one at the desk but a short time later the 'security' guy showed up. He was immediately impolite and asked me rudely, "What do you want?" He asked for a security deposit which I had no issue providing. The system declined three credit cards. My cards were working in Israel and Jordan for everyplace I used them before and after. He then demanded cash which I did not have. I had been using only credit cards for my entire stay. Obviously there was a problem with their system. I was given the option to go to an ATM or cancel. The room was prepaid thru Booking.com and he assured me that they would approve a refund. They did not and have not. At this writing they have refused multiple attempts and will not respond to me or to Booking.com customer service.

Very Good
The best feature of the hotel is the breakfast, it is spectacular. It exceeded my expectations by far. The variety, creativity and quality of food was worth staying there. The restaurant staff was wonderful and super attentive, The hostess was especially charming and welcoming.
Free parking was great. The lobby and the pool area were very pleasant, so we didn't spend much time in the room.
Construction noise outside (not the fault of the hotel), a small dark room.

Staff was great! Liked the decor of the room and hotel. clean! Overall had a great experience . inexpensive but nice place. had a small coffee machine in the room and good fridge for food/drinks.
For me the bed and pillow are on the soft side. but this was the SINGLE comment I can give.

Realy? Adult only? Are you kiding? The hotel was full of children. Tens of them. The hotel didn't tell that information. The bathroom wad full of rejects. The room the sheets and cleaning were worth.

My room was comfortable and cozy, the staff were friendly at check-in, we got a complementary lemonade. The room was clean, the shower was lovely, very warm and strong. The pool is heated even during winter which was pleasant.
The wifi wasn’t working that well, and one of the lights weren’t working so it made the room a bit too dim for me.

The location, facilities and cleanliness
There was not WiFi internet in the room and the TV was not working because there was no connection. Also, when the beds were connected they separated and if they were apart they was very small so we almost fell from them multiple times times during the night

Clean and cosy. The staff is friendly and positive in every aspect. The breakfast is sufficient and tasty.
Overall, the hotel matches its price. It was a good deal and we enjoyed staying there.
The room was hardly 18 square meters. Altogether I measured it 5 by 3 which makes it 15 including the shower and the hallway. Maybe they have bigger rooms.
There’s a building construction across the road. At night it is silent but they start working in the morning. If you sensitive to noise ask for back yard room and you will be good.
