The staff were friendly
The breakfast surprising, well presented and generous
The room pleasant and with a small balcony.
The location opposite the bus station extremely convenient.
The pool is very clean, but the sitting area small and not enough room for sunbathers

Room was clean and well equipped. Pool was very enjoyable. Location was convenient to shops, restaurants etc. Parking was convenient and free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Even the building site opposite could not be heard. Shower was great.
Breakfast was too expensive - it would have been good to have had a cheaper option. Although there were bakeries nearby, it was inconvenient to have to go out for breakfast. There was no desk or chair suitable for working on a laptop in the room - had to go to lobby. The duvet was too hot for me, even with the a/c on. The bedside light on one side did not work. The room was of adequate size but on the small side for two single beds - probably feels larger if beds pushed together. Its a pity the building site across the road blocked part of the view.

As I say we got only one problem that in the room the air-conditioning didn't stop to work never also if we close it in the room

Disappointing
Clean lobby.
• Inaccessible Entrance: The property entrance is currently in poor condition. The entire street is blocked to transportation, making it impossible to access the main entrance directly.
• Flooding Shower: The shower has a significant leak. Even with the door fully closed, water floods the bathroom floor. We had to use our towels to soak up the mess just to prevent ourselves from slipping.
• Poor Insulation: The windows do not seal properly. Even when closed, we could constantly hear the wind whistling through the gaps.
• Thin Walls: The walls are extremely thin; we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms.

The entire area is in development currently, with construction going everywhere you look. Does not feel like holiday

We came by bus from Beer Sheva for one night before continuing to Taba.
The hotel is right across the street from the bus station which was convinient.
The rooms were a nice size and very clean.
The price for breakfast is too high in my opinion

Breakfast was quite good. High quality and nice selection. Always cleaning and replenishing food. Heated pool. The staff was attentive. Great fridge in the room.
The room and the bathroom were impossibly small. No drawers. Very cramped. Our door did not close properly, and they sent a maintenance man, who refused to fix it, because he did not think it was a problem - and he was rude.

The property was clean and nice. Good location and very nice spa.
We didn’t have hot water in the morning, spa also didn’t have hot water, so we had to shower in somewhat warm water.
Moreover, the ac wasn’t working well.

it was across the road from the central bus station in the city. Was perfect for our requirements whihc were not to be close to the tourist areas
The whole area is under reconstruction, so there were noises and inconviniences.

We stayed overnight and the location was perfect! Just across from the bus station. Room was clean and just perfect! But, the kosher breakfast buffet was just exceptional! So much to enjoy before we went on our way!

Everything is clean and new. I want to especially mention the shower, extremely good. The staff is helpful. Spa is nice

I liked the location - which is close to the center and the design of the dining room and the pool area.
I didn't like that the service was provided by men and not female receptionists - which would probably encourage more patience (on the part of the guests).
I didn't like that the hotel is in an area of massive construction with a lot of dust and noise.
I didn't like that there weren't large sofas in the lobby and there weren't enough board games or other services.
I didn't like that the selection was relatively small in the dining room.
