Poor
The pool is ok for kids, there is a good grocery and fast food place in the pool area , the stuff was nice
Very old, very bad condition, not clean at all, we had ants and a lot of dead ants in the room, the room furniture hasnt been replaced for 30 years, the fridge smells bad and barely cooling. no hotel should look like that in 2026!

Very Good
The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and the general environment was very calm. The breakfast had something for everyone.
The rooms setup made it a bit annoying to get in and out of the suite.

Public areas are clean and tidy.
There is pretty good access accessibility.
Outdoor parking under the sun.
Walking distance to the beach.
Comfortable Beds.
Great AC
BBQ areas are missing a service sink.
The rooms need a serious facelift, although it is clean and old.
Sofa bed is not clean.
Electrical light switches on outside the room.
During season the activities have no real options for kids older than 8…!
Customer Service and personal service are far from Good.
Price vs. Value.= 6/10

The room was clean.
They changed my order at last minute to their another hotel. No parking place, their small parking always full. It was impossible to have a lunch as thei allocated it to some event. The most ridiculous is: they may help you which your logage till 10 pm. You can't leave your car near reception to take logage out, you have to have one family person inside the car. Stupid rules.

Good location, private suites suitable for families.
Suites are old, and poorly maintained.
Rusty spots around the entrance and the shower.
Towels had stains on them. Wet spots on the floor. Kitchenette poorly equipped (no towels, no drying rack, no kitchen towels, etc).
Overpriced for this level, even for holiday season.

Unbelievably friendly staff, entertainment was top notch, the food was non stop and beyond this world, alcohol was always available, the best all inclusive hotel by far!
The entertainment staff and bar tenders and restaurant staff all so friendly, caring, warm and fun. Robi the head of the entertainment department will make sure you and your family get included in all the activities and give you a shout out for a celebration/birthday. Tal the head Manager is the best, she will go out of her way to accommodate you and take great care of you and make your stay super comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Ucoral!
