Unbelievably friendly staff, entertainment was top notch, the food was non stop and beyond this world, alcohol was always available, the best all inclusive hotel by far!
The entertainment staff and bar tenders and restaurant staff all so friendly, caring, warm and fun. Robi the head of the entertainment department will make sure you and your family get included in all the activities and give you a shout out for a celebration/birthday. Tal the head Manager is the best, she will go out of her way to accommodate you and take great care of you and make your stay super comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Ucoral!

Spacious.
Filthy sheets with bugs and bodily fluids. Bathroom was also dirty. They did change our room when we complained, but it was only marginally better. Huge disappointment.

Attitude of the staff is excellent. All our requests were accepted and completed. Service is very good. Conditions of villas is very good. We stayed in Club In many times during many years and each time it is a pleasure to stay there. We enjoyed our stay this time again. Thank you!

We are a large family, and recently stayed here for two nights, in several different "??villas." We enjoyed our stay very much, and hope to be able to stay here again, soon. Each of our "villas" had two twin beds, a double bed and a pull-out sofa. We loved the ambience and the "vibe", which was much more homey and appealing than a regular hotel. There were 12 of us, and everyone was very happy with the accomodations, including the teensgers and small kids. We highly recommend this establishment!
The breakfast is not included, so we found the wording about that to be misleading. Otherwise?, we were very happy with everything.

its very quiet, music not allowed which is a huge plus for us.
the pool is awesome, the rooms are nice albeit abit old.
enough parking for everyone.
its our third stay there and they will see us for the fourth time as well :)

Disappointing
First of all, tourist friend checked in but charged the 18% tax which they shouldn’t have. The person at the reception was not listening and insisting that it’s booking.com price.
Also the bedding and linens had moldy smell.
And when booking it wasn’t clear that breakfast was NOT included.
