The only issue I experienced was that the door key card wasn’t working when I checked in. Key card mechanism was broken. The security staff responded immediately and resolved the issue by providing me with a key from the front desk. . The next day, the manager personally explained the situation and apologized for the inconvenience, assuring me they were addressing the issue right away.

I didn't like that the hotel is a bit old and needs renewal but overall its ok

Waze didn't have the proper name for the hotel. We had a very difficult time finding it. I think the pool could have opened earlier. I couldn't take advantage of it.

Unfortunately, the maintenance of the hotel was very poor, which is a shame because the property has a lot of potential. Several wooden doors were broken and scratched at the bottom, and from the swimming pool it was easy to notice that the façade of the building was in need of major repairs, including several broken windows. The rugs in the lobby were old and visibly worn from years of being stepped on with wet feet. Another unpleasant detail was that staff smoked inside the cleaning closet right in front of our room, so the cigarette smell often reached us, and we even saw them smoking there. Reception service was both slow and unhelpful. On one occasion, I was verbally attacked by another guest who even threatened physical aggression to cut ahead of me in line, yet the receptionist simply stood by and did not call security. Breakfast was also disappointing. The pastries were dry, the scrambled eggs were inedible, and although breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 am, by 8:00 am many trays were already empty and not refilled. The waiting staff behaved unprofessionally, joking and playing around with each other instead of focusing on their duties, such as refilling trays and cleaning tables. During our three-night, four-day stay, our toilet was never cleaned, and the shower’s sliding door constantly came off its tracks because the rails were broken.

The bathroom had mold in the shower and the bathroom door was rotten. I paid extra for a room with a terrace but the “terrace” was on the ground floor facing the parking lot. It was unusable.

Parking difficult, occasionally no room on site. No bar for drinks, that would make the hotel more attractive and profitable. Long way from the beach, shuttles would help

All rooms have doors leading to adjoining rooms. Keys to all rooms didn't work properly. The door to my room needed to be slammed with force (and much noise) to be closed. I received a room for disabled guests which was uncomfortable. Draining at the bathroom was bad, what caused a small flood. There was nowhere to buy water during the weekend (even the vending machine was almost empty).

the Rooms are not as seen in Booking pictures, this is a scam I was in Eilat in one of the hottest days and got a room where the air-condition was not working. the answer I got from the staff was that the hotel is fully booked, after doing some noise I got different room where the air-condition is working. he is my story so others can understand what I have went: I did a mistake and put in the waze the wrong Brown hotel. when reaching to the wrong Hotel I shared my ID and did Check-in (don't know how this can happen if I am not registered to the Hotel), after some time the Lobi stuff contact me and told me that she did a mistake and I need to evacuate the Room as its belong to other guist. I did as I was told. the Lobi stuff told me to go to the other Brown Hotel and they will transfer my payment to the other Hotel. while reaching the right Brown Hotel I did the check in and got a room. the room didn't look as seen in Booking pictures, in addition the Lobby stuff called me to get refund as I paid by Booking and what I paid in the first Brown Hotel is in addition. of course they couldn't refund me and asked me to go back to the first Brown Hotel to get Refund. going back to the room I got with no working Air-condition and which doesn't look like seen in Booking pictures, I have complained to the stuff the what they could do is find another room (even when they say the Hotel is fully booked), to be honest the gave me voucher to Dinner (which I have not used) + sent some drinks and snake to my Room. while going to the first Brown Hotel to get Refund the stuff did Refund and I have requested to get Recept, the answer I got is that they can't as the Receipt is on the room where other stuff are there. I needed to argue with the stuff that I as Guest need to get receipt for such transaction to have proof in my hand. eventually after some time they found the way to issue the Receipt I wanted.

No one answered the phone for consecutive two days, including before arrival. Upon arrival we told the reception about this, and the answer was: I was during break. (for two days?????)
