One of the most amazing stays we've had!

AMAZING food !!!
Three meals a day plus pizza and pastas and ice cream and posicles and fruits by the pool, belgian waffles, alcohol, bar with coffee machine 24/7.
Staff is super friendly.
Pool super clean.
Can't wait for him to take me again :)

Very nice hotel for families with kids. The staff was amazing so sweet and patient. Pool was great. Room was good and comfortable and silent. The food was really good for the value and they had very nice vegan options. There were many activities and shows for kids. Unlimited icecream fruits and candy all day long. Nice gym. Awesome location next to the beach malls and the Tayelet. I recommend !
The only thing missing was a playroom for kids. There was an arcade room but you needed to buy coins to use it.

The entire staff were very accommodating and caring, including the chef, who took special care of my specific dietary needs as someone who is gluten-free.
The food was delicious, and the bed was especially very comfortable.
From the manager to the receptionists, everyone truly cared about my needs and made sure I was well taken care of.
A special thank you to Yuval from customer service, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of on my last day.

Looking forward to staying in this hotel again when I'm back in Eilat.
The only issue I experienced was that the door key card wasn’t working when I checked in. Key card mechanism was broken. The security staff responded immediately and resolved the issue by providing me with a key from the front desk. . The next day, the manager personally explained the situation and apologized for the inconvenience, assuring me they were addressing the issue right away.

The breakfast selection was excellent - much more than expected.
Waze didn't have the proper name for the hotel. We had a very difficult time finding it. I think the pool could have opened earlier. I couldn't take advantage of it.

Disappointing
I must admit the location is excellent, close to many important attractions. However, this does not make up for the overall disappointing experience we had at Brown Red Sea, especially considering the price we paid.
Unfortunately, the maintenance of the hotel was very poor, which is a shame because the property has a lot of potential. Several wooden doors were broken and scratched at the bottom, and from the swimming pool it was easy to notice that the façade of the building was in need of major repairs, including several broken windows. The rugs in the lobby were old and visibly worn from years of being stepped on with wet feet.
Another unpleasant detail was that staff smoked inside the cleaning closet right in front of our room, so the cigarette smell often reached us, and we even saw them smoking there. Reception service was both slow and unhelpful. On one occasion, I was verbally attacked by another guest who even threatened physical aggression to cut ahead of me in line, yet the receptionist simply stood by and did not call security.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The pastries were dry, the scrambled eggs were inedible, and although breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 am, by 8:00 am many trays were already empty and not refilled. The waiting staff behaved unprofessionally, joking and playing around with each other instead of focusing on their duties, such as refilling trays and cleaning tables.
During our three-night, four-day stay, our toilet was never cleaned, and the shower’s sliding door constantly came off its tracks because the rails were broken.

The location was the only redeeming quality.
The bathroom had mold in the shower and the bathroom door was rotten. I paid extra for a room with a terrace but the “terrace” was on the ground floor facing the parking lot. It was unusable.

Clean large room, friendly professional staff. Pool big and pleasant.
Elevators efficient.
Parking difficult, occasionally no room on site.
No bar for drinks, that would make the hotel more attractive and profitable.

All rooms have doors leading to adjoining rooms.
Keys to all rooms didn't work properly.
The door to my room needed to be slammed with force (and much noise) to be closed.
I received a room for disabled guests which was uncomfortable.
Draining at the bathroom was bad, what caused a small flood.
There was nowhere to buy water during the weekend (even the vending machine was almost empty).

The hospitality. There are a ton of hotels in Eilat, but the customer service and hospitality was truly outstanding. Every staff member was kind, thoughtful, and knowledge. The buffet is a must! I will definitely be back.
