The location is great, stuff was nice and helpful and there is a parking lot near the hotel

Very Good
As we walked in a lady name Nurit came to us and immediately took us to the front desk and made us feel very welcome and comfortable
She was looking for us every day to see how we were doing and to make sure everything is good with us also she got us some treats which was nice and tasty
She and the front desk helped us with everything and resolved our issues in minutes
The pool is very nice and clean also not so crowded
Location is pretty good
The overall experience was good and the staff are very friendly and helpful willing to help as needed
They are exceptionally very good with customer service and support.
Be sure if you go there and a problem comes they will do whatever is needed to help you resolve it on the best possible way.
The expectation of what you reserve is not quite matched to reality I got very confused when we walked into the room
I did ask for a few things which they make sure to do for us that was very nice of them but the room itself was not at all as we expected
The other thing is about the food that we personally didn’t like several things in the dining room seemed forced to me and it was not apparent that there was much investment in seasoning the food and the taste of the food. In addition, the level of cleanliness of the dishes was not good.

Comfortable, clean room. Lovely lobby. Food was plentiful, tasty with lots of cold and hot choices. Front desk staff was especially friendly and helpful. Location was great and parking was available.

Clean, staff is nice and helpful
Rooms an pool maintenance not high end- bathroom mirror is broken toiletbowl not level.. door lock from the inside not usable (closes ok, just cant lock it), breakfast diversity disappointing, basic food and not great. Very Limited number of parking spaces for hotel guests. Most guests need to find elsewhere and pay. Pool area not clean and full of flying insects

Smokers everywhere in the pool. The hotel staff probably don't care at all.
Renovations on the upper floors of the hotel. Unbearable noise starting at 9 a.m. The hotel does not notify in advance about the renovation work.

Check in was efficient, Most staff friendly. Well located. Good view from dining room
Not sufficient parking. Dinner was plenty, but quality and taste was adequate but not especially tasty. Decent good breakfast. Some staff were not that friendly. No enforcement of rules, especially at the pool. Also people lying around on couches in the lobby and kids kicking balls inside,

The hotel is in a great location. We received a very big room that was exceptionally clean. The food was tasty with a wide range of selections. It was our first time here, and we are already planning to return. Many thanks to Sheina, who was very helpful and took care of us very well.

Room very clean balcony facing the lagoon. Room equipped with mini fridge which suited us very well. Breakfast had a very good selection to choose from. Beautiful lobby very comfortable to relax although we came while there was a large group with kids so it was a bit noisy to sit there. Parking in the hotel has limited parking space but there are many spots close to park free and some that charge.. hotel is close to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this hotel!

Sheina welcomed me and my 10 yo son when we arrived.
I had put in a special request to receive the room early (around 9) but unfortunately it wasn't ready until 1:30.
In the meantime, Sheina brought us into the dining room so my son and I could have breakfast (free of charge).
She also upgraded our room (5th floor).
Not sure what the other rooms look like, but ours was very neat and comfy.
The balcony looked over the lagoon and we had no issues with noise from other guests close to our room.
The food in the dining room is delicious and served buffet style with a huge variety for all diet types.
For the most part it seems like they have a menue for starters, appetizers and salads, but the mains are switched entirely from one day to the next.
The pool was nice and refreshing, but we also came after the holidays.
It's not huge and can imagine it being packed during the summer.
The service was exceptional.
Staff were always smiling and super helpful.
Only thing we were upset about was not being able to take bikes which we were looking forward to.
Apparently, beduin groups ruined a lot of them the day before so they weren't letting kids under 17 use them.

To be fair the room was decently clean (nothing to write home about)
I've been awaken at 7:00 AM by electric sawing in the room directly on top of mine. Seems like there were rats in the ceiling cause I heard them running to and fro. Then when I got back from breakfast (which was average at most) the key to the room stopped functioning. I had to get back to reception 2 times before they sent help. Then when I tried to talk to the manager about all these issues, he had suddenly disappeared. So I waited for him 15 minutes and he never showed up. All in all pretty disappointed.

Front desk staff, Mona and Shulameet were excellent. Helpful and friendly. Needed different pillows, had them arrive at our room promptly.
Food for breakfast and dinner was varied, fresh and delicious. Staff at restaurant friendly and helpful.
First set of pillows, but they brought us better ones.
