There are some rooms that are little away or long walk from easy accessibility like stairs and elevator. There is only one elevator and it kept having issues for entire stay. The staff was helpful during checkout and assisted us. since I had family with less mobility they offered us free lunch at checkout and understood us. I think they must add another one or two elevator/s to avoid such hassel and long walk.

Filthy, poorly maintained, broken things in the room, messy, not a good value.

the actual hotel is rather run down and needs an upgrade. the furniture is chipped and cracked. bedroom night lights didnt work. refrigerator barely worked and hand shower flooded the bathroom. its a shame because the people are nice and the hotel is small and comfortable.

Noisy. Outside: The room was close to a nearby bridge, which was noisy. Inside: The corridor sounds are very much heard in the room.

We arrived at the hotel to find a smelly room - with a very strong smell of paint. This was very disturbing since one of our kids is less than 1 year old. Due to no other room available, we were asked to let staff know when the room is free for 2 hours so they can run some smoke machine to clear the smell. and so we did. When we came back we found that not only did they leave the machine running for 6 hours instead of 1 hour - the manager said that his employee was wrong to do it and it is not allowed to run the machine with people/people's stuff in it (and all our stuff and baby stuff were there) - that for 24H it is not allowed to occupy the room. at 23:00 we had to wait in the lobby for more than an hour with very tired kids and a baby - not knowing where we will stay - and eventually were moved to a far away hotel that had no parking (so we had to look everywhere for it in middle of the night) with kids that fell asleep in the car and had to wake again - and to transfer all our stuff in the middle of the night. The hotel's representative was very understanding of the situation and did all he can to ease the very problematic situation - but our initial experience was very bad. The next day we were able to transfer back to this hotel (we were offered to stay at the new hotel but we didn't want) and they accommodated us in a slightly better room - but when we said that we were expecting some compensation for the experience they said that the slightly better room is the compensation. We are not the ones to fight for it, and we didn't contact hotel management after it and only wanted to finish our short trip and to give a good experience to the kids - but we believe that someone else that would "fight for it" would have been compensated and it is reasonable with all that has happened.

On the check out day , Before even 11 o clock someone from the housekeeping team came in to the room without permission and let him self in, at 11 oclock while we were preparing our stuff to leave the security started knocking on the door and asked us out . Really wasn’t respectful.

We will not return to this hotel… The rooms look like the picture only that everything was literally broken! The floor, the door, the sink. In addition, the room was very dirty, including sheets and towels. Breakfast was included - but was disgusting ? it’s not worth the price at all! We’ll not return again. The elevator was broken too and dirty too… They say they have free parking but not really, it’s very very limited, so you either pay for parking in the street-like we did, or park 15 mins away from the hotel

The AC is not properly working..I waited a day to fix the problem the room temperature is 26 *C and drop 23*C as per the staff it’s room standard temperature and it shouldn’t be.No butler to help your luggage’s .Breakfast was decent enough and facilities but nothing special in the property.
