The breakfast was very nicely presented. The service was excellent and I had an opportunity to meet the chefs and commend them on the variety and rich flavor of the food.
INothing at all. The receptionists were incredibly helpful and extremely nice, respectful and courteous.

The hotel is very beautiful.
The staff are kind and welcoming to the guests.
The reception staff are excellent.
The room cleaning staff are wonderful.
The bartender is an excellent person who enjoys serving others.
The staff in general are keen on ensuring customer satisfaction.
The room door does not work properly; when it is locked twice, it can still be opened.
I did not find a “Do Not Disturb” card in the room.
The double bed in our room was actually two separate beds and was not king size.
In addition, the bed covers were separate and not a single cover suitable for a double bed.

Wonderful
Because of a horible experience of the previous hotel were in for 2 nights (im not going to mention which hotel it was) me and my partner decided to book our last night to nirvana suites and we had really good time.. the staff especially are very nice and accomodating the food is very good. We had such good time that i forgot how angry i was with the previous hotel.. we will definitely coming back..

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, and the most impressive thing was the food. Every meal that we tasted was great, especially fish. Also, the room was very clean every day that we lived there
First of all - the walls and windows are really thin. We heard completely everything that happened outside the hotel (we were based on the 1st floor near the entrance) and inside the room next to us. So if you will notice the big family with a lot of small children next to you, ask another room - my personal recommendation.
Second... the room service. We didn't have the soap and shampoo in the room, and we didn't get it even after we asked... weird.
Third... Parking. Actually there is parking, but it looked like some part of a dirty construction. We basically parked our car inside the empty construction floor in front of hotel. At least, it was free.
Fourth... and it may also be one of the badest things. when we arrived, I was sure that we will receive the same room as at the picture. 1 bedroom appartement, with bathtub, with balcony and with open view to the sea. That was written in the description of the particular apartment. But when I asked at check-in if our room has something of it - the answer was "no". After some dispute, we got room for 4 guests (we were 2 persons), and with bathtub. No balcony and open sea view, unfortunately.

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed it.
The buffet meals included a large variety of food for each taste.
The staff was very polite and gave a good service for our special requests.

Food was good, the staff was very nice.
We almost couldn't use the pool because it was very cold, much colder than the sea. The kids' waterplayground was always closed. It was also somewhat far from the sea or major attractions. And for the price you expect something spectacular, while this was just a nice hotel.
