Disappointing
The location and parking availability.
Room number 4, miserable room, no closet, no chair, no TV, the window is very close to the ceiling so you can not see outside, there was no even single picture on the wall that will give a little bit warm to the room.
You can hear everything that going on outside the room.
People stayed awake until midnight, talking loudly, and no one told them to be quiet.
I made the reservation for two nights, but I left after the first one.

Amazing staff, they are super kind and work very hard. We loved our stay. The kitchen is a plus. Every room has a fridge in it. They will change the TV to English for you.
The bathroom could have been cleaner. Needed bug spray in the kitchen at night, but never in the rooms.

the location good. the outdoor garden
they didn't have enough space for parking my car, so i had to take the risk and park faraway from the hotel and i had to activate pango and pay for parking.

Disappointing
The whole building is an ugly barrack built in the 70-s with very thin walls, so every sound from the street gets in. Some street noise woke me up at 3 a.m. The room was tiny, with a low ceiling and a small window. The towels and bed linen were low quality.

Personnel was very friendly and helpful.
As second pretty big room was balcony with chairs and table.
Plenty of parking lots even in peak hours just outside place.
Shower interior was usual for Israel homes, instead of door to the shower was cloth so all floor was wet after usage.
As place describes itself as "pet-friendly" - during evening and morning it is possible to hear barking. It's crucial to be prepared to.
