The balcony was the one thing I genuinely liked, a pleasant spot to sit, and unfortunately nothing more. Housekeeping and basic maintenance need attention. Fine if you just need a budget place to sleep and want a balcony, otherwise consider spending a little more elsewhere.
My stay was okay. You can tell it is an older hotel, the room felt worn and a bit dirty, with scuffed furniture and tired finishes. At this price it was the best option I could find, so set expectations accordingly.

The room was decent. The furniture is old and peeling off, but there is decent space, bathroom, nice balcony and all the required equipment. The breakfast was surprisingly good!
The walls are thin as paper! I could hear every word my neighbors said. Good thing I came during a not busy time... otherwise I think it would have been a disaster.
Towels and sheets could be cleaner.

The hotel was nice and clean, rooms large and the bed very comfortable.
The staff were excellent, very welcoming and nice.
Breakfast was basic but very good, fresh bread and vegetables, eggs and cheese and excellent coffee.

the location is great - only 5 min walk from the mall and beach. near to the hotel there is choise of restaurants and bars. good verity of cjoises. the hotel it self is simple - no pool, no lounge. but good value for money.
the breakfast is same every day. and it's very simple.

The location was grate, parking is very important, great parking at the hotel. Stuff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was good.
