The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast is really good and has many options. The staff is friendly. The location is also good and convinient, there are a plenty of restaurants in the area
The furniture in the room was very old, holey sofa. There were ants in the kitchen. There is no Wi Fi in the rooms and very poor wi fi in lobby.

The balcony was the one thing I genuinely liked, a pleasant spot to sit, and unfortunately nothing more. Housekeeping and basic maintenance need attention. Fine if you just need a budget place to sleep and want a balcony, otherwise consider spending a little more elsewhere.
My stay was okay. You can tell it is an older hotel, the room felt worn and a bit dirty, with scuffed furniture and tired finishes. At this price it was the best option I could find, so set expectations accordingly.
