The location is great ,the restaurant is excellent, food great.No breakfast.
The shower was hard to regulate ,temperature kept fluctuating. Breakfast should be on site.

Location is very central. It's a busy noisy spot, great for socializing. Dinner in the restaurant was very good.
We were traveling with a baby and there was a lot of noise late into the night. This is no fault of the Baytree, but if you like an early night or a light sleeper.... maybe check for places a little further from center.

Nice room, great location, food was lovely, staff were pleasant especially lady who served us breakfast on the Saturday morning! Would stay again!
