Wonderful
It was cosy and welcoming. We attended a Wedding and the food and service was superb. We also stayed a few extra days to enjoy the environs.

I liked everything about this hotel, the location was perfect, the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner in the bar which was very good.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place ...from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel we were greeted with such friendly staff and when we checked in at reception we got a lovely surprise of having our room upgraded and a lovely gesture left in our room from the management the room was fabulous and we couldn't get over the decor and the facilities in the room and around the Hotel ...we had our meals in the Brownes every day and on our very first night and every night after that we were warmly greeted by a girl called Lilia and all we can say about this young lady is that she is a absolute gem and a breath of fresh air to have around you..she was so pleasant and always smiling and nothing was too much for her she is a credit to the hotel and the management at the Great Southern Hotel and we wish her and everyone involved with the hotel the very best and to the ladies in the Spa we thank you for our massages and our treats after it you are truly amazing at your jobs .we will always hold this Hotel in our hearts for everything they done for us and making our honeymoon so magical

Everything was excellent and loved the location and place. Stay and the facilities were amazing. Specially, staff were super friendly and very welcoming, did an excellent service to make our stay safe and comfortable. Definitely, recommend and will be back in the future.

Room 328 the bathroom window would not close properly causing a constant breeze and rattling noise due to the window.
