The apartment we rented did not look anything like the picture on booking .com Kitchen was very nice but carpet and living room furniture a bit dated . Initially large bedroom shower was either freezing or scalding but maintenance was able to fix and worked well the second night . Takes about 20 minutes to walk into town

The location was good and apartment met all our needs. I was happy to have a washing machine.
The shower needs renovations. The shower has a box system on the wall making the temperature either freezing or boiling hot and with very little water pressure.

I loved finding milk, cereal, tea bags, coffee upon our arrival. It was nice to have laundry detergent and dish washer pods.
There were no paper towels. Instructions on how to use the showers and washing machine should be posted.

This was a very good place for our family to stay. Clean, spacious and nice. Decent location in walking distance to town which takes about 20 minutes. Laundry room was very useful. We appreciated the coffee and muffins provided. Nice amenities in the resort but we didn’t have time to use them.
They didn’t provide paper towels or tissues in the kitchen or bathroom Also the large bathroom was wanting a cabinet or table for toiletries. We were locked out of our apartment one night and had to get our key cards reactivated at reception which was a bit inconvenient after a long day out exploring.

Bathrooms were pathetic. Children loitering in hallways, entryways at all time of night. No space for luggage in secondary room designed for 3. Bait and switch booking practices where ratings for the main property are implied for the apartments, should come with a disclosure/warning

Spacious. Some food/drink was left for us to use. Well-supplied kitchen. The receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant. The free shows in the evening were a nice surprise.
The water temperature in the shower of the master bedroom was extremely difficult to regulate, scalding hot or icy cold at intermittent intervals.

It was a beautiful apartment. Plenty of room for five ladies with a well appointed kitchen and two bathrooms. The shuttle for 2 euro into town was a welcome surprise which we did use. The entertainment at night was a great deal of fun. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay

The apartments were like having a home away from home. The amenities were great for all of us (from children to adults). Good restaurants, ice cream, music entertainment, pool, and hot tub. On top of all that, it was situated right in the middle of the activities we wanted to experience in the area and very close to the center of Killarney.

The location was exceptional! We had access to bars, a swimming pool, restaurants, tennis courts and many more facilities. There was live music and dancing available each night in the hotel area which we loved. The access to a shuttle bus each day was convenient and allowed us to get in and out of town.
The apartment was enormous and we loved the river apartment locations. The apartment was quiet and very comfortable! The staff were lovely!
The hot water in one of the showers didn’t work the first night and was a little confusing to work out.
