A good location just outside Killarney, convenient disabled parking available Leisure centre excellent
Hadn't appreciated the size of the hotel and the overwhelming number of coach parties that reduced the dining options for regular guests. In our tour of 4 star hotels in Ireland, this was the most disappointing

The location of the property was perfect! Being on the edge of the National Park provides lovely views from the room as well as quiet, serene surroundings. It’s only a short walk into town and there’s a bicycle rental shop on the way. The rooms were fully equipped , spotless and comfortable. There were many small alcoves in the lobby area where you could sit and read a book, converse with friends or enjoy a glass of wine together. Lovely place!

A bit of a wander to find reception from where we had parked but saw the error of our ways and parked nearer and better. Went to an event in the adjoining Arena so it was nice not to have to drive home afterwards.
Service in the main restaurant was rather haphazard in comparison with O'Ds.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal in the Fiadh restaurant. Our balcony room had a fabulous view of the mountains and had plenty of seating to enjoy the view from inside or on the balcony.

Wait over coaches for breafast think as a guest we should be accomodeted as much as. Coaches and we arent a tour but private guests Also tea pots sitting when i got tea was cold had to get a replcement would like tea pot fresh and hot

Staff were absolutely lovely and friendly, food was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. Loved the cozy library side rooms for when you need a quiet few minutes.
