We like that you can get a voucher for the town if you a guest in the hotel and if you have young children there is a lot of entertainment at night
There was not a lot at breakfast and not many seats so its packed so go early,and the food wasn't great but go to the town for food

Entertainment for kids was great
Breakfast, was like a zoo. And the layout doesnt work. Additionaly the options are generic. Contenential options were poor. The breakfast could do with been elevated up to a level to crrespond the hotels four star rating.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Room quite small but clean. Breakfast was chaotic to say the least huge queues to enter the room 10 minutes just to get in not the way you want to start your day., very noisy, children running around not relaxing in anyway. In saying that the staff were working hard to deal with the amount of customers.

Food was lovely. Staff very friendly. Room was clean just felt it was a bit dated. Shower kept loosing pressure . Shower was in bath with shower curtain. Otherwise everything else was fantastic

I like the reception staff and the atmosphere in the hotel. As always it was great
In the restaurant for breakfast, the staff pushed passed everyone, running around the restaurant and a bartender across from reception scolded me for turning on the table light infront of everyone in the bar which was kind of embarrassing, after this when I wanted a drink he ignored me and did not want to serve me. I don't drink much so I was only having 2 drinks. His name was Ayson I think
