The hotel is very central. The room was modern and a good size. The breakfast was very good and freshly cooked with lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The room, beds and bath were very comfortable and clean. The staff were terrific and the service was great. The hotel is centrally located near restaurants and shops and was easy to get to from the train station. My friend and I attended the Oireachtas na Samhna and there was a shuttle close by that took us directly to the event location. The Killarney House and Garden was just around the corner.

Breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty on hot plates and a lovely selection of food in the cold buffet.
Loved the stylish Halloween decorations placed throughout the hotels public areas a nice touch for the time of year.
Had to call for service in bar area which is fine they come straight away but they can be busy with check ins and other guests.

I really love the attention to detail. Elemis products in the bathroom were a delight. The bone china in the dining room was stunning.
I liked everything about the property. I would’ve loved if breakfast had been available a little bit later.

The hoyel.is nice and elegant, close to the city center. The room is clean, comfortable, maybe a bit dark, but this may be part of the atmosphere.
Breakfast was really good, with lots of options, the restaurant is cozy and welcoming.
The locatuon is excellent. Also there is a paid parking close to the hote.
The bathroom was a bit outdated, but is has favilities.

Very nice facility and staff.
Pillows are extremely hard. It would be nice to have a choice of a much softer pillow. In many hotels I've stayed in if there are 4 pillows provided for a queen or larger bed, 2 will be nice soft ones and 2 will be firm ones. The beds were very comfortable; it's only the pillows that I found extremely uncomfortable.
