Beautiful riverside setting, elegant rooms and impeccable service. The perfect blend of luxury and warmth, with excellent food and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. An ideal base to explore Kenmare and the Ring of Kerry. We left wishing we had stayed longer. Highly recommended!
Its perfection??

Everything. It was an incredible experience all around. We loved the fine dining experience as well as the more casual dinner options. The lodge and grounds are just delightful with so many nooks to just sit and read or people watch.
Only that we had to leave so soon.

Lovely experience, the property is right off a rushing river and scenic lake. We felt very relaxed after our time there and were sad to leave! Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Dinning at the Falls is also a unique experience. If you are on the fence, it’s worth the splurge.

Landscaping is the best I’ve ever seen
Interiors need a major renovation . Decor is stuck in the 1990s . Furniture is out of date and worn out

Beautiful view from our enormous bedroom. An excellent (if expensive) dinner. Very pleasant and helpful staff, expecially the waiter who attended us in the dining room.
We were slightly disconcerted to find ourselves in a room designed for people with significant disabilities. We are elderly, but not wheelchair-bound. The room was beautiful, however. The other two things we noticed were the absence of an a-la-carte option in the main restaurant (it was an all-or-nothing menu) and the wine list was at the rather expensive end of the scale, lacking in more modestly-priced options.

The lodge fully exceeded our expectations! A world-class experience from start to finish. Everyone we met was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. The comfort cars that shuttled to and from Kenmare were a nice touch, and the cars themselves were also really lovely, a Volvo and a Range Rover. Breakfast was amazing and our meal at the Stables the night prior was also delicious! Will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful setting. Comfortable room. Nice pool area. Cuisine is great.
The Christmas decor could be a little nicer to match the quality of the Lodge. Less is more.

Wonderful
Services including massages, spa and indoor pool
Bar overlooking the falls is very comfortable, with excellent food and drinks.
Stables restaurant was good
Late check out enabled us to maximise our use of the facilities and enjoy the property.
Service was a bit slow in the bar.
I will have to come back for a longer stay and a game of golf.

The grounds were lovely and well maintained. Delicious breakfast and large room. Great location to see the Beara peninsula and other sights. Parking
The property has a few rooms that accept pets. I was not aware of this and was located in one of those rooms.

The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. My only regret was that we didn’t walk around more. There were several trails on the property that you could choose from, but we were too busy taking in other tourist attractions to enjoy them. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The room was very comfortable and clean. The two bars that we went to had very good craft cocktails, different from any I have seen. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again.
Nothing! Our stay there was perfect.
