Wonderful
It was clearly professionally run. The apartment had been recently refurbished, The bathroom was exceptionally finished with a great shower. There is a decent size green area for kids to use in easy view of the apartment. Well situated with easy access to grocery stores, town centre and routes in an out.

Big apartment with everything we needed. 25 minutes walking to center on roads with good sidewalks. Two washers and dryers for 4 apartments.
How about hanging up some pictures to make it feel more cosy?

Perfect location to walk into Killarney and to explore the surrounding areas. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Very quiet and comfortable.

Loved two rooms, two showers, nice kitchen, good living room and balcony. Great location in Killarney, Ireland. Quiet and very clean. Loved having laundry facilities in each four plex. Excellent place to stay!

Nicely redone bathrooms, had everything you’d need especially for a longer stay, nice and clean, well organized, plenty of room for 5- kids loved their 3 twin bed room , great communication
A little far from town for walking to dinner after a long day of hiking but thankfully we had a car

The apartment was clean. The kitchen was well supplied. The showers were user friendly. The laundry facilities were convenient and also user friendly. The furniture and beds were comfortable. It was quiet in the evenings. The location was great for getting into Killarney, etc.

Micheal, from the Rookery Mews team, who met us when we arrived was very friendly, helpful. He gave us clear instructions about expectations and where to find things in the apartment and was also helpful and informative about what we could find in the area. Any requests or minor issues we had were addressed promptly in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.
We discovered a broken ironing board when we came to use it It was dealt with promptly and didn't inconvenience us but perhaps all items should have been checked prior to a new letting.
Not an issue, but possibly a pair of scissors(for opening packets) and a sieve (to catch coffee grounds before disposing) could be useful items to add to the equipment.
However, overall there was very little to dislike. We would happily return.

Beautiful scenery, very clean and well maintained. Newly renovated with updated appliances and had all we needed to make meals as needed. About a 20 min walk to downtown.

We appreciated the attention to detail in the apartment: maps/enough towels/international adaptors/ cookies/box with cleaning stuff etc/night lights in hallway and bathroom/clearly marked cabinets…I’m sure there is more that I miss now. Well done!

The property was clean and fairly well located. It had lovely views of the mountains and was quiet.
The kitchen equipment was very basic and could use oven gloves, larger serving dishes kitchen scissors and a fifth chair for the table.
