Very Poor
I like the property very much. On arrival we were told the property was full and booking.com bookends a room without there actually being space. They moved us to another hotel down the streets. This does not make me want to book with bookings.com in the future.

We loved everything about the Killarney Royal— updating is gorgeous, lovely beds and linens, spacious room with full amenities, quiet! The staff is wonderful and helped me host a tea for relatives. We’ll go back again and again!

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay in Killarney! Our room was exquisite, with an incredibly comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and a beautiful spa-like bathroom. The hotel is perfectly located within easy walking distance of pubs, shops, and local attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!

There are so much to love! The kind staff, perfect location, and cozy room & bathroom were all highlights of our time in Killarney.
Our room had windows facing an indoor corridor, which were half blocked by some concrete columns where several pigeons lived - would’ve loved to get better natural light or be able to open the window at night without fearing a feathered friend would end up in the room with us. Also, the free parking is a few blocks way (~5min walk). It was not a problem, but something we expected and was inconvenient at check-in/out and when leaving to drive somewhere.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Killarney Royal Townhouse! It has set a new standard for us in what we want in our hotel experiences - great location, beautifully renovated historic property with modern amenities (e.g., air conditioner), exceedingly hospitable staff, lovely little treats (e.g., welcome chocolate, scones on departure), and an incredible daily breakfast where my 3.5 year old made friends with a lovely staff member. An amazing stay and incredible value!
Very minor - the shower had only a rainfall shower and no hand shower, which made it a bit tricky to bathe my young son.

Would like to have used hair appliances. Not good having to dry my hair at the closet

The staff was phenomenal! The hotel and room finishes better than the online photos. The breakfast was great and the service exceptional.
Their pillows could be more comfortable and it would be nice if there was more than one drawer for clothing (in addition to the closet rod) — and some hooks by the closet and/or in the bathroom would be helpful.

Everything was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Can not say one thing negative about it!
The one downfall was no drawers available for clothes

It's wonderful to arrive at a property and be greeted by professionals. Not only were they ready for our arrival, they were able to get us into our rooms quickly so that we could make our dinner reservation on time. Wjhen we returned from dinner they offered us a short pour of nice whiskey, which was so lovely for those of us who like it;-)
We like the entire experience. They only change I would suggest is to turn up the lights in the breakfast room. Seemed lit for the evening.
