Continental breakfast included, friendly staff, 20-minute walk from restaurants/pubs in the town center; the rest of the hotels in the area look very similar. It was a good choice!

Staff was great. The room was good. Clean and spacious. Lovely walking path next door next to the river!
Only issue was on the day we were looking to have food at the bar it seemed unstaffed at 6pm. It may be we were early. Not the staff’s fault but it seemed odd. Some might have found it a little far from town but it was a nice walk!

Staff were v helpfully met a lovely gentleman from housekeeping and asked if we needed anything offered to help with our bags, breakfast lovely lady serving and receptionist welcoming. Lovely night away

Excellent location, walking distance from town, few minutes walk from INEX.. Perfect also for touring most of the peninsulas, for driving to Cork. Cobh, Schull etc.
Staff throughout all very attentive and helpful, food excellent, nice bar plenty of parking. Bed very comfortable., Would return but for the lack of accessible accommodation. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Please note hotel does not have any disabled rooms , all showers in all rooms are over baths. We were advised of this by email which I missed, so my own fault. Manager also went out of her way to organise transfer to a sister hotel on other side of town with suitable accommodation but we were going to INEX nearby so opted to stay put. Made do with washing at sink.
