Good location and nice bathroom.
The bed was way too small for such a big room. So silly! I don't understand this concept in Irish hotels. So hot in the rooms! No fans!

Wonderful
The accommodation seems quite good and modern. The lady at the reception/bar seemed quite friendly. The food and beer in the restaurant was excellent. Parking is easy, there is plenty of private parking space in front of the hotel.
The elevator was quite slow. The breakfast was for free, but seemed lacking in the heated foods department.

We loved every minute of our stay more than all the other 5* hotels in Ireland. Their dedicated staff was obviously well trained and experienced.
No A/C or fridge in the room but they gladly accommodated drinks I needed with their kitchen fridge.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They provided us fans during the heat wave and also had breakfast ready early for us when we had an early morning. Room generally comfortable.
Property could use some updating. Location about 10-15 minute from center of town.

Large, modern hotel along the main road leading into the historic business district near Killarney House and Ross Castle. A short drive to Killarney National Park, Muckross House and Traditional Farms. Rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. Standard self-service continental breakfast fare available each morning. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful (needed to dry some wet clothes!)

Complimentary breakfast was an unexpected bonus. Great to be able to get a wholesome, tasty, simple supper in the bar.
A walk from Killarney town centre but easily doable to a quiet location.
'Riverside' is perhaps stretching it a bit as the river isn't beside the hotel but it is very near (not visible from our room). Obviously, that can't be changed!
