The location was the only good thing about the property!
The rooms were not updated as advertised, the carpets and bed coverings were dirty, stained and worn. The bathroom was so poorly designed that the shower wet the entire bathroom with each use. You have to lug your baggage down stairs to access the elevator. Parking was a nightmare not enough spaces. Finally the staff provided false information about an earlier checkout date and I was overcharged by hundreds of dollars and they are not honoring the information provided by their own front desk employee.

We stayed in the townhouse. It was very comfortable. It had great space and the location was ideal for our weekend trip to Killarney.
There seemed to be a plumbing issue and bad smell from the drains in the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable and in a good part of town. Staff was nice.
We stayed in the townhouses and going up the stairs with a bunch of suitcases was annoying. Also felt like weren’t part of the hotel. Felt like an airbnb.

The room itself was sweet and fine size for just me. The food at rhe restaurant was yummy and the staff throughout were absolutely lovely and helpful. It was a very aesthetically pleasing outside and inside.
The room was nice but next to the dolly/Cleaning cupboards so was bit loud. The room is in need of tlc, plugs didn't work, bathroom was in need of cosmetic tlc and the shower leaked. Also the room smelled funky and the hallway when I arrived. The kettle also didn't work. At breakfast they were so skimpy with my food, for intolerance reasons I could have some of it on the menu but they never gave me anymore to make up for it, I had to ask and then even the second time the beans came in a tiny glass thimble, bit annoyed.

This is a lovely, nicely decorated historic property. It is a short walk from City Center and the staff is wonderful. Our room was comfortable and roomy.

The rooms are lux. Strikingly so. Really thoughtfully decorated and premium feeling. The space felt less like a hotel room and more like some real interior design thought was put into each room
The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre, so at a similar price point some hotels with better locality are there. I nonetheless found the quality of the hotel to be worth it.
