The room was very comfortable and the lobby is grand and beautiful. General facility was very good, and you can walk right out the door to the main streets. Breakfast in the cafe was good.
The room could use more soundproofing -- there was music noise at night from somewhere, couldn't tell where, possibly the alley/road behind the hotel since that is where our room was. Also, while they have a parking garage, it is very tight and difficult to maneuver, so on subsequent days it was better to just park in the public lot behind the hotel.

The hotel was fabulous and enjoyed my stay.
I found some staff were not efficient enough. People had to wait 5 and 10 minutes to be served in the bar. One man was completely ignored. He had to ask a girl walking around to place an order. I found the manager brilliant inside the bar and he couldn't do enough for everyone. Well done.

Location was good in centre of Killarney.
Very busy hotel.
They advised us that they moved our room due to late festivities, but I could still hear the music.
Car park was tricky to negotiate and park.
Breakfast was tired.
We were put off by a very noisy Wedding Reception.
We were advised that it would finish at 1 or 2 in the morning
