Wonderful
The location was awesome and its a beautiful hotel.
The breakfast was not that great-very basic and very greasy. The Spa and Gym both close at 9 pm that made it hard to get a work out in. Most hotels have the gym open 24 hours and the gym was the main reason we picked this place.

Location was amazing in walking distance of everything and underground parking. The staff were super friendly and so helpful with everything. We arrived early before check in and got some lunch in the hotel bar , they put our bags in the room for us and called us as soon as it was ready. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and leisure centre facilities were perfect they were clean and relaxing.

Good
Great location
Honestly, for a 4-star hotel, it was pretty average. The entrance and hotel itself were great, the AC in the room kept me awake from 6.20am and the breakfast was underwhelming. Some of the staff on breakfast were indifferent and despite us waiting at the door to be seated, we were ignored for over 5 minutes. It wasn’t busy and the staff were busying themselves with other tasks. We honestly felt invisible.
Unfortunately for this hotel, we had stayed in a fabulous 4-star hotel in Westport a few days before and the experience was worlds apart.
