Inn's location in relation to Gleneagle INEC
Greeted with "did you not get a cancellation email, we are receiving Urkainian families this evening" Receptionist dirty T-shirt. Bed mattresses in hall way. Dirty hall and stair carpet. Shoes, runners, socks and dirty plates outside room doors. Lingering smell of food throughout the entire Inn. This Inn is an Emergency Holding Centre. In short the owners are getting government payments for this purpose and also taking peoples hard earned cash for rooms they shouldn't be letting out. The Inn should be removed from this booking platform.
