Beautiful hotel and a wonderful restaurant/bar. The Hotel is so clean so credit to the cleaning team. Beds are comfortable and room was very nice.

The location of the hotel is great as it is a walking distance to the town centre, definitely great for when you're going for a night out in the pub and you can just walk back to the hotel after without having to get a cab. Addition to this, its a 25 mins drive away if youre planning on hiking the carauntoohil (cronin's yard start).
The wifi was super slow and bad, for what we paid, I expected the wifi to work decently. It got quiet warm but a fan was provided, though I would recommend the hotel to have the fan blades to be cleaned so that way it gives cooler air, rather than having the air be musty and dry.

Room was too warm. I woke up a few times to noise outside. EV Charger was expensive at Euro 15. No breakfast before 7AM.

A charming hotel at a great location. Killarney National Park nearby as well as lots of shops and restaurants.
The room was comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast with an ample delicious breakfast buffet.
