The staff were over the top. Asked if we had had dinner yet which we hadn't and even though the kitchen was closed they made us up plates of fish and chips ( best fish I've had so far here). Gave ideas for our travels. Would highly recommend.
Dated, yet that was the charm too.

The food was excellent! The setting was lovely but most importantly…..the consistent support, information, and delightful personality of John Keanes (the owner) was stellar! I can highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again, when in the area!!

It was a very charming property and a great location. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. However, the plumbing was horrible and kept us up all night.
Throughout the evening every hour or so, between the toilet and behind the armoire, and beside the bed was a continuous flow of clicking and dripping

Nice welcome both on arrival and after day out. Car parking easy.
Pleasant seating area in bar and restaurant has good views.
Rooms spacious but shower cubicle small and can hear noise from neighbouring rooms.
Rather pricey given breakfast was additional cost.
