Disappointing
Staff was pleasant. Room was spacious and clean.
Book an upgrade superior king bedroom which was spacious, clean and well appointed. However, there was no safe nor refrigerator in the room. The hotel clearly caters to conferences, bus tours and family vacations. There were children running aimlessly out of control in the lobby, restaurant and common areas each day of our stay.

Wonderful
Great if you’re traveling with kids! Daily activities: splash zone, sports, movie night & built in babysitting so you can enjoy an adult only night.
Everything was great, just wish it were within walking distance to town.

Disappointing
Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Our 10yo liked the evening movies in the kids' club very much.
The hotel is a sprawling complex so we had quite a long walk from reception to our room. Not great with luggage or when your party includes guests with limited mobility. In-room AC was not present and the window couldn't open beyond a small crack, so the air was stuffy and warm. We gave up on our last night here and booked an extra at our next hotel.

This was a great hotel for our family. We had two bedrooms and everything appeared to have been recently renovated. Facility was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Not walkable to Killarney town center but a very close drive.
The pool was fun but I wish for the price we paid to stay there, the required swimming caps would have been no extra charge. I also wish the pool was open later for kids. By the time we'd get back in the evening it was closed for anyone under 18.

Room was big with a King size bed. The mattress could be more comfortable. Kids friendly. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was large and the restaurants had decent food.
There were so many families with very small children that were screaming non stop running down the halls and all through the hotel, it was not relaxing at all and no one seemed to care about the noise level. I was looking forward to the facilities and didn't end up using them because it was insane. I would never stay here again.

Wonderful
Common areas were immaculate and staff were so nice and attentive.
Very family friendly which we loved despite not traveling with children, but the open plan made things very loud.

The hotel was very nice and had a lot of amenities. We enjoyed dinner at the bar with live music. Breakfast was great!
There was a good amount of traffic getting to the hotel both nights. Had to drive to the town center so location just o.k.

The hiyel has been refurbished and looks very well throughout

It can be warm in the summer. The windows only open slightly in the upper floors. Fans not quite enough to keep cool during warm nights

It was clean and spacious, although difficult to have our room so far from entrance without shortcuts
We tried two different times to sit in the pub with no one waiting on us so my husband went to the bar to grab drinks for us. No one checked to see if we wanted to eat

The room on ground floor was superb. Easy access to rear car park beside our room which was so handy. The staff were very nice.
The pool changing rooms. Changing rooms were very basic. The towel provided was more like a thin hand towel. No privacy to change especially for disabled customers. And windows were open which made it absolutely freezing to change in. Breakfast was good but no granola. The noisy kids ruined it each morning but staff not responsible for that and I felt sorry for them having that constant screaming. Go early!
