Nice design and clean. Very quiet. Really helpful and lovely staff. Great location in Killarney.
The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and the last guest’s face towels were left at the bath. And there were used contact lenses on the bathroom floor.

They were able to provide the walk in shower i requested, thank you.
Building was dark and it was too far from town. Traffic was terrible

Double bed was too narrow (140cm) and you had to ask to get two separate duvets. This is a problem in every single hotel in Ireland.

Room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Dinner is the bar was fantastic.
The bathroom floors were very slippery. Shower/tub was also slippery. They have signs up but be very careful.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely.
The food at both the on-site pub/bar and the breakfast restaurant was not great. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the main area of Killarney.
