Self-catering so took provisions, but there was a well-equipped kitchen in the apartment with complimentary tea, coffee, milk, etc. The take-away menu was reasonably priced and easy to order and collect.
Too many dogs - not pleasant to see dogs "performing" on the grass outside the windows. Not keen on being barked at when returning to the apartment. Would be good to be advised about this in advance and to know if dogs had been permitted in the apartment.

I was able to collect the keys from reception from a very nice welcoming lady.
She was able to answer all my questions about the bedroom configuration and when I explained it was advertised wrong, she was willing to change our apartment but we were happy with it so she immediately had a roll in bed sent over to us. I have no complaints they did everything to make our stay good and comfortable.
We have stayed a few times in the hotel and loved it also.
The apartment was advertised as having a double and a single bed in both bedrooms but there was only a double in one and two singles in the other.

Size of the apt
No power for one hour when we arrived. Restaurant was nowhere near 4 start hotel standard...big bar and TV on

Modern and comfortable apartments. Great place to explore the Skellig Ring without driving too much. Sneem is cute with nice restaurants and a supermarket. I recommend D O'Shea Bar for eating.
The kitchen could be better equipped. Cleaning utensils were missing.

Good location near village. Nice views from apartment. Good breakfast. Nice apartment.
Kitchen short of utensils. Missing lids from saucepans. Breakfast coffee not hot enough. (Perhaps pots not heated with boiling water before being filled?)

The appartment was clean, confortable and very big. The two bathrooms were big, clean and the shower was great. We could have a breakfast in the hotel, and the quality and variety was really nice.

Clean, comfortable beds, had everything we needed and when we asked for a bathmat and hairdryer they were brought immediately. Good breakfast. Helpful and courteous staff.
TV small and lacked a menu. Booking.com assured all apartments sea view but ground floor didn't due to trees. Also Booking.com hadn't reserved; fortunately the hotel had an apartment.

Location was super. Apartments were spacious and spotless.
The food in the restaurant was pricy and underwhelming. We bought a voucher for afternoon tea and when I went to book I was told they weren't offering afternoon tea.
