Great location next to shops, restos, touristic sights. Amazing team, great restaurant on site. Very clean rooms.
Parking is tight, no AC in the room.

Location and cleanliness
The property is not well suited for people with mobility issues depending on your room. Even though I was in the first floor, to get to my room I could take the elevator to the first floor but then still had to negotiate 3 sets of 5-6 steps up and down to get to my room

I sent a request 2 charges date at start of last week about i could not get down due to looking after my mom and need for my healthcare job after paying for it at €128 i need something done for me give me another day or need to get refund back I let them know about it

The hotel was modern and spacious. The restaurant was convenient for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a short walk to the train, bus and National Park.

Room interior was very comfortable.
Breakfast looked good.
City location was excellent.

Desk clerk could not describe fully or provide a map of as to how to find the narrow "alley" where hotel parking was allowed.
Even though it listed elevators, the additional required sets of multiple up & down stairs within a floor made the claim of elevators a joke. It would have been impossible had I been more handicapped.
Hotel's mixup over breakfast being included in the Booking reservation took too much time to resolve, and then we did not have enough time to have breakfast .

Location close to excellent breakfast restaurant and shopping
There was only a down comforter on the bed which was very warm. It would have been nice to have a blanket option.

Did not partake breakfast. We liked to get out and enjoy the streets. Hotel location great and local strolls interesting. Did enjoy dining at the bar 2 nights watching Carol react to the Rugby team. All staff very courteous and helpful, especially regards the parking lot elevator that saved old bad knees!
Room comfortable but would have appreciated AC or cooling on a couple of warmer afternoons.
