My room was shining clean, location was perfect right in the city center. The food in the restaurant was awesome and there is live music every night. Staff are very friendly.
Supermarket right next door.
The view to my room was a gray wall and I didn't like it.
The room can be noisy at night specially in the weekend, there seems to be a pub or a disco nearby with music till late

Situated exactly in the middle of town, this hotel is the perfect place to stay. The post office, tourist information office, regular bus tours including the on/off bus, grocery store, and a gazillion good places to eat are all within 3-4 minutes walking distance. There is live entertainment downstairs, a restaurant, and breakfast for a fee--well worth it, I can tell you. There is no noise from the entertainment or any other thing going on in this active little town. The staff is always at the desk and is very helpful.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Wonderful
Wonderful location right in the heart of the pubs, shopping, and st. Marys cathedral with plenty of paid parking nearby and easy access to Killarney National Park.
The free hotel parking is very limited but there's a paid public lot very close by with free overnight parking.

Location was great and room was clean. Gym on-site was a welcome surprise. Music entertainment in the spacious bar/restaurant was enjoyable.
Restaurant and bar service needs training. They were not attentive or proactive.

The hotel was updated, the room adequate and the breakfast was good. Location was convenient to restaurants.
Our room overlooked an alley which was very noisy at night with bottles being dumped from the pub around midnight and people talking loudly in the 2AM time frame. Noise was the biggest issue.

Was friendly and in a great location
I had an issue with my room, woke up to water in my room. But staff quickly dealt with it. However, no apology or anything from reception staff.
