The breakfast was delicious, the hospitality out of this world outstanding, the rooms were darling, and the location is gorgeous. A great stay, fantastic sleep, and would definitely come back again. A 30-minute walk into main town of Killarney, or 7 minute drive by taxi.

We stayed at different hotels on our trip to Ireland, but the guest house was by far the best experience. Clean, quiet, and the owner was lovely. Breakfast was great!

We stayed in a double room with a balcony to the outside with a direct view of the river! The bed was extremely comfortable! The bathroom had a shower and a tub! Breakfast was to order in a well decorated and ordered dining room! It is located near attractions and center city. I would love to visit again! Thanks Eileen, Tim and crew.

Beautiful B&B just on the outskirts of Killarney. House and ground's beautiful and room very spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Would certainly stay again.
Room was very warm due to the hot weather so a fan in the room or some sort of Aircon unit in the room's would be great.

Very Good
Eileen is a lively and admirable host who finds time to talk to all her guests. The location near the River Flesk is a bonus as it calms the mind.
The well-equipped apartment lacks a stove; for fried eggs book a lovely and hearts breakfast at Eileen’s ;)
