This cozy home is situated on the river with scenic grounds. The host is wonderful and the cooked to order breakfast is amazing. It is a great location to explore the Ring of Kerry and Killarney.

We had such a lovely stay here! Eileen was extremely kind and welcoming. I’m vegan, and although she wasn’t used to having vegan guests, she really went above and beyond to accommodate me, which I really appreciated.
The B&B is in such a beautiful location, while still being super close to downtown. There’s also a backyard with a beautiful view of the river where you can just sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery.
Our rooms were very clean, spacious, and had so much character. It felt cute and unique rather than like a generic hotel room. We really enjoyed our stay and I’d highly recommend this place!

The breakfast was delicious, the hospitality out of this world outstanding, the rooms were darling, and the location is gorgeous. A great stay, fantastic sleep, and would definitely come back again. A 30-minute walk into main town of Killarney, or 7 minute drive by taxi.

Our host Eileen was amazingly friendly. She showed us to our room and gave us all the information we could have needed in our stay in Killarney. The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was amazing. It was my first experience with a true B&B and it set the bar high. I highly recommend.

We stayed in a double room with a balcony to the outside with a direct view of the river! The bed was extremely comfortable! The bathroom had a shower and a tub! Breakfast was to order in a well decorated and ordered dining room! It is located near attractions and center city. I would love to visit again! Thanks Eileen, Tim and crew.

Absolutely lovely B&B with the nicest host you’ll ever have! The background overlooks a river and there are a bunch of chairs and tables to enjoy the view and eat lunch. The options for breakfast were varied and the host was always there to cater to your specific needs. Overall the loveliest B&B I’ve been to!
The location is a little far from city center and the main attractions (about 30 min of walk away). It shouldn’t be a problem if you have a car but definitely consider it if you’re on foot.

Beautiful setting on the river. Room was lovely, lots of breakfast choices.
Nothing. It’s a bit of a walk into town but we knew that when we booked it. There was no problem walking it at night though - it was well lit and there are sidewalks the whole way.

I traveled all around Ireland and this was my absolute favorite place I stayed! The staff was so accommodating, the grounds were unbelievable! Sitting outside with a glass of wine watching the creek and surrounded by peace was incredible! It was so peaceful but in 5 minutes you could be in the town square! The food and service was incredible?

Eileen was very helpful and responsive to our needs. She has a beautifully decorated property that is very clean and well cared for. Her breakfast is top notch. Amazing really.
Just wish we could get the room a little warmer, but Eileen made sure we had the blankets we needed.
