Hotel Brandon is very central and a well known name in Tralee. The bedroom though dated was spotlessly clean.
The staff did their jobs but the hotel appeared to be lacking in leadership and a sense of ownership and pride. A large group of adults and children obviously associated with a sports club were also guests and while the adults enjoyed the rugby in the bar the boys ran wild around the corridors on the first, second and third floor. The staff did react to complaints (as the screaming, running and banging the doors was awful) they did not proactively deal with the group to avoid the difficulties.
We had planned to swim before breakfast but the leisure center did not open until 9 and Breakfast finished at 10 with check out eleven on a Saturday. Breakfast was not enticing as it was left in warmers with no vegetables (ie mushrooms or tomatoes) Tea had to be requested as staff were not attentive.

Great staff, friendly, professional and accommodating. Excellent location in town centre. Very comfortable rooms. Off-street parking a real bonus.

Great location with ample free parking. Bar food was very good and reasonably priced.
This is an old hotel, slightly dated but dont let that put you off as it is spotlessly clean.
