We don’t like walking downstairs for coffee or tea. It would have been nicer and more convenient to have it in our room.

Check in was easy and they accommodated a late arrival. It is a dated facility that has some charm.
The rooms are a tad dated and the beds are not comfortable at all. I know it's common in Ireland for places to not have air conditioning but a simple fan for a large room really isn't enough. Perhaps I missed it when booking the room but I was surprised to learn that breakfast was for an additional fee. I've stayed at other bed and breakfast places in the past and they all at least made an effort to make unique breakfast to order, not just provide a very simple buffet.

Ardree House exceeded my expectations. In particular, I did not expect to have daily cleaning and turn-down service as part of the stay. It was a pleasant surprise and very comforting to come back to the room each day with freshly prepared beds and clean linens.
The water pressure in the showers was quite low, not a problem and only a minor inconvenience.

Great location, parking available, room was quiet and bed comfortable. Great place to stay! Very good breakfast.
Not a big deal, but no soap/shower gel in shower. The breakfast was good, but I thought a little over priced (€17pp)

Beautiful, charming B&B. The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet. Irish breakfast was excellent. This location is a short walk to town- perfect!
