Beautiful hotel and surroundings. Quiet and tranquil feeling. Loved the little extras of nice water bottles in your room, great bisap and free coffee and cookies to go. A very special place to stay.

The view out to the National Park was superb. The room was beautifully spacious, well-appointed and comfortable, though, being out-of-towners we did struggle to work the heating. The casual dining was a little disappointing in terms of the quality of the food, and, on the second evening, the service was very slow. But otherwise, we felt very privileged to have been able to stay here.

Stayed at Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa recently.
Overall, a good experience. The location is excellent and the surrounding views are genuinely impressive – probably the highlight of the stay. The hotel itself is in a very peaceful setting, and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which made it comfortable.
The breakfast was decent, but the menu was the same every day, which became repetitive. Also, while the hotel has amazing views, the view from the room itself wasn’t particularly special.
Overall, a solid stay mainly because of the location, atmosphere, and comfort, but there’s room for improvement in variety and room views.

Gorgeous room and views….the spa was also amazing! The shuttle into town was a needed perk! The staff was kind and accommodating—made us feel welcome and comfortable.
Had to pay $100 to live across the hall—so our room would have the view we came here to see. Would have been nice to be given a free upgrade, as it was empty.

A very welcoming and comfortable hotel in an absolutely stunning location. I had a lake view room and it was a very relaxing space. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa was really nice, with a particular mention for Anna who gave me one of the best facials I have ever had!
Service seemed a bit disorganised, especially at breakfast. Also, the cooked breakfast food on both days was just OK - a bit disappointing for a five star hotel.

The restaurant food and service was very good, but the lamb dinner
I had was overcooked. In general I'd say the restaurant dinners could
use some improvement. But overall it was good, a 7/10.

I really enjoyed my visit to the spa — the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the facilities were of a very high standard. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the treatment itself was excellent, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The setting overlooking the lakes is also truly special, which added to the overall experience.
Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would return again for another short getaway.
One downside was that I found a hair on the bathrobe in the room, which was disappointing considering the otherwise high standards.
