Absolutely beautiful setting overlooking lake and mountains. Started our mornings with a marvelous breakfast admiring the breathtaking views and being catered to by the kindest hardworking staff who all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The hotel was clean, the food was excellent and the shuttle easily got us around town.
The best part, tho, was the view of the Lakes of Killarney out of our room’s window.

We reserved the superior suite with a garden view. We liked the suite however the view of the maintenance garage and garbage truck loading right outside our sliding patio door was unacceptable!
We reserved the superior suite with a garden view. Our suite directly viewed the maintenance garage and garbage truck loading right outside our sliding patio door. In the morning it was very loud with maintenance workers talking and loading up garbage for hours not to mention being able to look through our patio door which was absolutely unacceptable! We asked to move rooms however we were then given a suite that overlooked a cemetery. These views of the expensive suites are NOT disclosed in the advertising!!!

The hotel staff are really nice and excellent at their jobs!
The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. There's a walk to a few benches that overlook the lake and mountains to take it in. This view is also from the hotel.
The food is very good. We ate in the resteraunt and it was better than I expected in terms of quality and quantity for fine dining. The cooked breakfast and buffet are excellent too

Location and staff
The closing of room doors was quite disturbing with a slow closing system ending with a bang slam that would make you jump in bed. In this day and age there are suitable door closing systems to ensure a restful stay of guests. Shame! Our stay could
have just been perfect otherwise.

A beautiful hotel with fantastic spa. Wonderful breakfast.
Mountain View from the room could have been better if it wasn’t blocked off with frosting stuck on to the glass. Some frosting was fine as it blocked off the view of the car park but the higher frosting blocked a lot of the Mountain View.
