Everything! We ate the breakfast only once, but it was great.
Room was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the sitting areas.
Easy walk to town
Everything about this was good.

The location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and pubs. They have free off street parking, the rooms are lovely and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was excellent!
The checkin process was haphazard. The hostess was at the neighboring property and did not answer the phone when I called to find out where she was.

Exceptional
The welcoming host was warm and efficient. The breakfast team was so kind, organized, and proactive with providing meal options that were safe for our allergies. Parking was easy in the back. The location made it easy to get everywhere we intended. There was minimal noise, and the neighbors naturally settled by 11p.

Wonderful
Quaint old lodge, great location, clean.
Having to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent steam from shower setting off their sensitive smoke alarms.

Very close to city center, just 5 min walk. Rooms are ok for for 3p, breakfast seems good but we didn’t have it. Shower quality and bathroom was good, we liked soap and shampoo. There is always coffee and tea option at lobby lounge which we liked a lot.
You need to take care about steam coming from bathroom to room that turns on fire alarm easily. We heard it from next door room at early morning.

Good
Great breakfast and friendly staff. Easy walk to restaurants.
Was more of a budget accommodation. Had to keep windows open at night (no AC) and there was a noisy party next door outside.

This was the most beautiful place we stayed in during our trip to Ireland. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful; the location was fantastic to the downtown area. The breakfast was worth the money but my favorite was the library/quiet room that had coffee or tea 24 hours a day.

Pleasant
Nice location, Andrew was very courteous welcoming and helpful nice sitting area at entrance, free coffee all day
Small room for the price we paid for, with no air conditioning, no fan small wobbly iron table, no tray or rack for soap and shampoo bottle, or enough space to keep roiletry in bathroom. Because of hot weather they keep crack of window open, which brought moths and mosquitoes, in room and bathroom. No netting in windows to keep bugs off. They could use some bug spray.

One of the nicest Bed & Breakfast we have stayed in. Absolutely stunning B&B. Looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, easy to access, and above all extremely and friendly staff. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Killarney.
We loved it, there was nothing to dislike about the B&B.

The host who greeted us upon arrival was very friendly and helpful! We loved the room and the sitting area with tea and coffee. It is a very short walk to the main street with all the restaurants and totally worth checking out!

Pleasant
We stayed twice. The first time our room was nicer - quieter and cleaner. The second time, we were on the main floor and it was noisy and smelled like smoke and not as comfortable.
The second time, we had less interaction with the staff- they just weren't around to greet us or be available at breakfast.
