Location with walk into town.
Breakfast was non-functional with mass tour groups. At 7:05 the hoard of tour group people had emptied out the yoghurt and fruit and bread. It was eventually replenished but set us back a half hour on our early planned start as we waited for food to be replenished. The espresso coffee machine was also not started so no real coffee was available -- even machined espresso.

Location, breakfast and room all excellent. Perfect for a stay in Kenmare and Ring of Kerry.
Fresh brewed coffee would be an improvement from self serve coffee machine.

The car charger didn't charge my hybrid jeep but maybe that's because its only for fully electric or there's an issue with my charger extension??

I liked the room and the spacious bathroom especially. Beds were really comfy.Staff were very helpful.Good length of pool, nice hot showers .I liked it was within walking distance of the town centre.Would definitely stay ,again!
The only thing , that was cumbersome was that the car park , in front of reception of hotel was small, so had to park near pool area , motorbikes were taking up a lot of car spaces, so was bit of trek with bags.

We loved our location for travelling around the area. Easy walk to town centre, no problem parking at this resort. Very well equipped! Pictures are accurate.
We were put in a handicap lodge. There were no shower curtains in our apartment, therefore water sprayed everywhere in bathroom.

Property seems nice from the photos and outside, however. Once in the room, the shower leaked heavily into the bathroom floor from a crack in the caulk/ glass. Loudest hotel I have ever stayed at, walls feel paper thin, with single pane windows that you hear every car door or person outside talking. Shit
Swimming pool is shared with the community, no where on the booking does it say you will share the pool with kids swimming lessons at peak pool time, how can a hotel offer a pool area, yet charge the public and have swimming lessons at your “resort”

Location is excellent to explore Kenmare, Ring of kerry and Beara peninsula

It was close to town, walking distance to nice restaurants.
It was resort only in name - it had none of the facilities and ambience of any resort we have been to.
More like a 3star hotel.
Reception staff were quite robotic , made very little effort to take care of the guests - no information was forthcoming about what the resort offered.
Heating did not work very well - we stayed 3 nights and it malfunctioned 2 of the 3 nights.

check in and room were great - breakfast welcome and selection were good but cooked breakfast was disappointing
cooked breakfast - ordered bacon and eggs - the bacon tasted as if it has been coated with some very salty compound and was not really edible . the scrambled eggs looked as though they had been lying under a heat lamp for some time
