The room was quite big. The location is right in the middle of town and easy to walk around. The breakfast was very good with continental offers and a hot breakfast. Our server was lovely. We also ate a quick snack the afternoon before which was great.

The woman who served the breakfast was excellent and gave me great walking, exploring ideas.
The bed and bedding could be better quality to make it more comfortable.
Parking was challenging even in October.

Jer and his wife ( also the chef) are very personable and interesting. Vanessa is an excellent chef. Best gluten free bread I've had yet. The breakfasts were awesome. We had the Cottage pie and The Irish stew one night and they were fantastic. They also cater to people with food allergies.
The location is perfect. The room spacious clean and they provide a small table and chairs which is great. Lovely town besides

Early October, it was fairly quiet. Location is good a jumping off point to other areas on Holiday. Shopping issues great in Kenmare and the hotel is located to easily get to so many cute shops. We bought most all our purchases along Henry Street shops.
Bed was somewhat uncomfortable and a bit cold. Tea/coffee makers are all left in the hallway on a bench for you to pickup, and that's unexpected but fine, it's just that the first we took didn't work.
We wish the server had let us know the live music we specifically asked about had been canceled instead of letting us order 2 rounds of drinks while the bar across the street filled up, and then had live music but was by then too packed for us to get in.

We had 10 family members and it was awesome! Staff were incredible, food/breakfast was tasty and lots of choices, pub downstairs was a lot of fun and very convenient. Also has a back garten which is pleasant. Second time my hubby and I have stayed there.
Lower price would be nice.

Very comfortable, beautiful room. Great location. The staff were helpful. Food was great. Couldn’t get a better location for enjoying Kenmare and surrounding area. We stayed here while enjoying The Ring of Kerry. Was easy to come and go.

Great authentic old world Irish pub environment. The breakfast was splendid each morning. Ate dinner each evening and the food always very good. Drinks and entertainment pleasurable and fun. It was all good.

This was one of the nicest rooms we had during our trip. The room was very clean with a spacious bathroom and well-functioning shower. The bed was also particularly comfortable. We did hear some music from the bar below, but it stopped at a reasonable hour and was absolutely a non-issue. Breakfast was lovely and we especially enjoyed our chat with the chef. I would definitely return!
I prefer uncarpeted rooms, but in this case the carpeting was new and clean.

The staff was very friendly, making suggestions and recommendations for what to do and where to go. Comfy beds. Great location. The bar/restaurant downstairs and the breakfast was good.
The Internet connectivity was very intermittent. The noise from the bar didn’t bother us at all but early light sleepers would have a problem.

Location in town , the Brown bread at breakfast was fabulous, also the chowder , wished I had the recipe . The staff was very friendly..loved this place
It was summer and we need air circulation ..coming from the US a/c is a must , but the bed was comfortable, but needed just a flat sheet to sleep as the duvet was very heavy in the warmth..

Location was great. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The fresh brown bread at breakfast was a winner.
The only negative I have is the room should have had a fan. It was warm in Ireland during our stay and a fan would have been appreciated.
