Very comfortable, beautiful room. Great location. The staff were helpful. Food was great. Couldn’t get a better location for enjoying Kenmare and surrounding area. We stayed here while enjoying The Ring of Kerry. Was easy to come and go.

Great authentic old world Irish pub environment. The breakfast was splendid each morning. Ate dinner each evening and the food always very good. Drinks and entertainment pleasurable and fun. It was all good.

This was one of the nicest rooms we had during our trip. The room was very clean with a spacious bathroom and well-functioning shower. The bed was also particularly comfortable. We did hear some music from the bar below, but it stopped at a reasonable hour and was absolutely a non-issue. Breakfast was lovely and we especially enjoyed our chat with the chef. I would definitely return!
I prefer uncarpeted rooms, but in this case the carpeting was new and clean.

The staff was very friendly, making suggestions and recommendations for what to do and where to go. Comfy beds. Great location. The bar/restaurant downstairs and the breakfast was good.
The Internet connectivity was very intermittent. The noise from the bar didn’t bother us at all but early light sleepers would have a problem.

Location in town , the Brown bread at breakfast was fabulous, also the chowder , wished I had the recipe . The staff was very friendly..loved this place
It was summer and we need air circulation ..coming from the US a/c is a must , but the bed was comfortable, but needed just a flat sheet to sleep as the duvet was very heavy in the warmth..

Location was great. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The fresh brown bread at breakfast was a winner.
The only negative I have is the room should have had a fan. It was warm in Ireland during our stay and a fan would have been appreciated.

I stayed in the studio apartment on the opposite side of the pub and on the backside of the building so it was actually very quiet. The apartment is small but very modern and clean and a good value for a single person or couple. The room has a "hide-a-bed" coach that was surprisingly comfortable. Private bathroom is small but clean and updated. Kitchen includes oven, stovetop, and small fridge although I didn't use it. I was able to park overnight in a parking lot directly behind the building for free. Restaurants and bars are right outside your door. There are some larger apartments that face the street that may have a different experience.
Nothing. I usually stay in homes a short distance from towns and in this case I enjoyed being within walking distance of everything.

We absolutely loved our stay in O Donnabhain's. The location was absolutely perfect and our room overlooked the main street with flowers cascading down from our window sills. The parking was on the street or in a parking lot close to the information center. We had no difficulty locating spaces to park even in the busiest tourist season and everywhere was an easy walk to the hotel. The town is walkable and compact, beautifully clean, lively and full of amazing music in the hotels and pubs. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious with tea and coffee if you wanted in your room. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, even though we did not expect this! The bathroom was bright and spacious, very clean and the shower had great pressure with ample hot water. The staff were warm and friendly, especially the chef who also served us breakfast daily. She always greeted us with a beautiful warm smile and the cooked breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the music in the evening and chatting to the friendly bar tender. All in all a perfect stay.

the townhouse was dirty it smelled of stale sheets it was loud all day and night. there's a gym right below that cranked techno with a screaming instructor at 6:30am

The fact that it was downstairs. It was easy to get to.
They seemed restrictive about designated tables for B&B guests. We would've preferred sitting more towards the front of the pub. Waited for quite awhile for a server to come over to our table after we were seated. The food was average.

Great location on the high street with kind attentive staff.
Room definitely exceeded our expectations for a BnB above a pub as they had seemingly been refurbished recently, and you weren't disturbed by any noise at night.
Good breakfast also.
