Wonderful
This was a last minute stay and it was a lovely surprise. The location was perfect and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the owners were very gracious.
We had to park a ways down the street but that wasn’t too bad. Our room was on the 2nd floor which had 2 flights of stairs that might have been quite a challenge with our luggage. However, this lovely gentleman offered to carry our bags up for us, even though he didn't work there. We greatly appreciated his help.

Wonderful
Overall very nice, the pub onsite was great and the staff were so friendly.
There were only one accessible outlet in the room. I had to move a bed away from the wall to access an outlet to charge my phone. Having an extension cord for the outlets behind the beds would be a simply solution in the age of needing to charge a device nightly.

Good
Location was close to restaurants and pubs. Our room was unavailable and they moved us to a larger unit. Owner Easy to work with. Great shower. The communication was good with printed instructions for everything. Unit had everything we needed.
Access to parking. It had a space but difficult to park. However, that is true for the entire neighborhood. Unfortunately, several stray cats are in the area. The front yard and door smelled of cat urine, and cat feces was in several areas around the building. We tried to open a window and the smell of urine came in the house. Also, the beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable.

Pleasant
We loved the location, the staff and the atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and old. For the price, occasional updates would be appreciated. We wouldn’t have a guest in our house sleep on that mattress. Everything else was fabulous.

The room was newly renovated and modern. Quiet though on the main road above a pub. Everything was very comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast but it smelled divine. I will take the time next trip.

Pleasant
Can’t beat the location, and my room was right on the main drag. Loved the staff — super friendly and helpful, and overall made me feel right at home.
Noise level was tough. I knew staying at a pub meant noise until midnight, but it was actually noisy neighbors who were the bigger problem. Not much sound buffering btw btw rooms. Somehow my neighbors stayed up all night talking the second night, and it felt like they were right in the room with me.
One other small note was that the shower and bathtub seemed in rough shape. Pieces of the plumbing (the lever to draw a bath) kept falling off.
