I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were wonderful, the food amazing and the location was perfect. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely come back.

This was truly a boutique hotel. Lovely features, rooms were very comfortable especially the beds. Lots of amenities including organic soaps etc. heated floor in the bathroom and lots of towels. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and kind. Made us feel very welcome, Lots of aromatherapy scents throughout. Great location especially for getting onto the Ring of Kerry and for a walk into the very busy town of Kenmare which is also part of the Ring. Tea and coffee delivered to your room if requested. Breakfast delicious. Lots of homemade goodies and a menu to select from as well.

The decor was fabulous. Had dinner here and it did not disappoint. Only a few minutes walk from town and a local gym. Quiet location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This family-run hotel is a real gem! We had a beautiful suite to accommodate my family of four. Lobby is lovely, and we enjoyed our dining experiences here, excellent food! Dermot & Una, the hotel owners, are wonderful! Dermot was exceptionally helpful answering all our questions, sharing interesting information about the local area, and providing useful tips to assist us with our travels. Dermot even helped us de-ice our car for our early morning departure in December.

Breakfast was excellent.
Staff were very friendly.
None of the satellite channels were available and no one could tell me why not.
There was no milk and no teaspoons in the rooms
It wasn't really a hotel room. It had a kitchen / diningroom / lounge.....a self contained unit for self catering, which I didn't enjoy.
It was miles away and really difficult with all the luggage we had.

Great location (there is a pathway that makes it easy to walk to town). Plus you are right on the entrance to part of the Ring of Kerry. Very nicely appointed hotel and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. It is locally owned so Una, the proprietor takes great care to provide you with what you need, including advice about sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious - I had eggs and smoked salmon made to order (other menu items available) and in addition there is a generous buffet with fruit, yogurt, breads, etc available. Coffee and tea is delivered to your room at no extra charge (LOVED THIS!). Plus the restaurant is nice for dinner - good food and service. I would highly recommend this hotel.
So many hotels in Ireland don’t have air conditioning and that took some getting used to (we are Americans) but the hotel provided a fan which helped us stay cool at night.

Nice restaurant on site, good breakfast, friendly staff. Our suite was spacious and convenient for our family.
We stayed in a family suite, and the finishing made the whole suite feel like an afterthought. Bad lighting, clumsy little kitchenette with no space for dishwashing, etc.
